Over Easy — Restaurant in Tempe

I freaking love this place. While on a trip in Tempe, this is the only "new" (to me) place I went TWICE. So welcoming & inviting I had to come back the next day. First of all, big cheers to all the staff we interacted with: Nina our wonderful waitress the first day, Sage with a fantastic attitude the second day, and I THINK a great guy whose name might have been Colton. We didn't catch his name in person, and asked a server....and I might have forgot it by now. (whoops!) ALL these team members were fantastic!

This location is AWESOME. The menu is EXTENSIVE as are the seating options. Inside, at the bar, beautiful tables outside to enjoy the Tempe sun. We picked outside both beautiful mornings. I stuck with my true fav: an omelet with ham, cheese & onions. YUM! check out the photos! Also, if you order the potatoes o'brian - ask for them CRISPY! we tried both ways and liked the texture of the crispy ones, better! :)

After we finished both breakfasts, our waitress asked us if we wanted waters to go. What a nice touch!!!! Any time I stay in Tempe, this will def. be the breakfast...

Over Easy in Tempe totally hit the spot, but what really made our experience amazing was our server, Byron. Hands down, the BEST server my best friend and I have ever had. I’m not even joking when I say he gave me like 800 coffee refills. He kept our waters full, checked on us constantly, and somehow managed to be super attentive without ever making us feel rushed — and we sat there chatting for HOURS.

Byron even gave me a coffee to go (legend behavior) and honestly deserves a RAISE ASAP. He was so kind, funny, and just totally on top of everything. If you're going to Over Easy, PRAY you get Byron because this man is a customer service king 👑.

Seriously, 10/10 experience — coffee, conversation, and Byron made...

I was really looking forward to this because I had heard good things. But I am so disappointed. I ordered biscuits and gravy and O'Brien potatoes only because they didn't offer hash browns in the Uber Eats app. Which I find really dumb.

Everything was so bland. And just tasteless. Unless of course you consider white glue a good taste for sausage gravy. I don't. But that's what I felt like I was eating.

My the "O'Brien" Potatoes tasted like they were microwaved. And where were the peppers and onions? I think I found one.

I also ordered a side of Corned Beef Hash. Basically the same disgusting potatoes and some salty corned beef. It was just a totally disappointing experience overall. I'll never order from...
