If you're here, ask for Shaye, she knows what she's doing, and is quick and professional about it. STORY TIME! Ordered online with the intent of a quick stop in, pick up, and leave. Got there, wasn't much people, guy working the front was focused on doing something at the register. Didn't look up when I walked up. Eventually he looked at me and I explained I was there to pick up an online order. Instead of customer service, he said he'd be with me "in a minute". Didn't ask any questions about me, my order, etc. Just "I'll be with you in a minute. He wasn't with me in a minute. Several other groups of people came in and he went out of his way to seat them (coincidentally, they all had younger women in their groups) while still not checking on my online order. We made eye contact twice in this time, which he quickly turned away from and pretended to not have noticed me. Eventually another person with an online order came in and talked to not-that-dude. Their food was brought out quickly. So, I decided to also talk to someone different. That person was Shaye. Now, Shaye was helpful! Made eye contact, spoke clearly, accomplished the task quickly. Shaye rocks. Unfortunately, my order was missing the dipping sauces that I made it a point to include in my order. It was also cold because dude-face didn't do his job. You'll notice the image I'm including is a picture of their QC sticker. You'll notice that it has no name of who checked it. Nor that the boxes are checked. Clearly, there was a breakdown in the process. I'm also a little salty they didn't include napkins or ask about ketchup, but the sticker says napkins were upon request so... ok. In summary: Shaye will actually do the job, so props to her. Managers need to do some better training, possibly need some better training.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order the day before, thinking it would save time. When I arrived, the restaurant had no idea about my order. The “manager” was immediately rude and dismissive. I had to give him my order all over again, even though I was already running late and had ice melting in my car—exactly the reason I ordered ahead in the first place. When I finally got my food, I was missing a large fries. I told the staff, and the girl insisted I only ordered one. I knew I hadn’t, but she kept pushing back. I had to dig through my email to prove that I had, in fact, ordered two. Once I showed her, she walked to the back and started talking trash about me to her manager. I could clearly tell by their body language and facial expressions. She finally brought out the missing fries, but they were half the size of the original. I told her this was unacceptable. I had already been waiting for nearly 40 minutes for what should’ve been a quick in-and-out visit. She walked off again, laughing, then came back and asked for the box. At that point, I was over it. I declined and told her how unprofessional the whole situation was. I asked for the GM’s contact info, and was told they were "in the middle of switching GMs." Throughout this entire mess, the manager only came out once and offered no real help. The food was so dry and cold!! they definitely weren’t fresh wings. To make the situation even better. 🤦🏽‍♀️ at that point, I should’ve just asked for a refund because my boys did not eat them. Absolutely unacceptable service. I will not be coming back

In short, don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings, instead try a local business in these hard times, such chain possibly don’t need our business, they might have a bigger “wing” to fry than serving an humble customer. If you have more time to spare, please read on. . . . Don’t go here. We were here few days ago. The server was so rude that, she almost said they wouldn’t serve anything hot or warm and we have to order in the next 30 seconds if we want anything to eat. Such a straight face service should have warned us about what was coming next and we didn’t want to pay for that. The wings we ordered did not have the sufficient sauce when they supposedly tossed it with. The desert which is supposed to be served warmed up (chocolate cake), was served cold, the cake was colder than the scoop of ice cream, even colder was our server throughout. Then a gentleman walks by our table to say “hey we are closing soon, we are not kicking you out but we are closing soon”. Sorry, I assumed he was gonna ask us if the food was alright, maybe that was not his job neither our server’s (I guess). I am sure they were tired serving all the customers before us so couldn’t care less about our orders (let alone requests). By the way, we called ahead to make sure their kitchen is open until 2am, and yes the gentleman on the phone said it’s open till 2am but we were served cold, maybe they trying to make a point about we getting in there about 20 mins before their closing time.

This was a horrible experience at this BWW location! The hostesses working March 14 between 4-6pm were dismissive, overall rude, and truthfully it felt discriminatory because I am black, my gf white, and they probably thought we wouldn’t say something. My gf and I made plans to come to this establishment and were extremely excited. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes. They offered us seats at the bar but we kindly refuse and asked for a table. The couple that walked in seconds before us got their seats after waiting no more than 10 mins. Ok no problem! The problem was that patrons that walked in after us were being sat while we waited.

So we sat on a bench closer to the hostess podium hoping they would see us. As we sat on this bench, we continued to watch several groups of 2 or more walk in and be sat before us. All mean while the hostesses are not even 10 feet away from this bench and they keep making eye contact with us. They seen us sitting there and never said anything. I wouldn’t believe they forgot about us bec I’m 6’6 and you literally can’t miss me. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later, that we asked what was happening. The place was half empty so how could we still be waiting? I gave the benefit of doubt and figured they must be busy somehow all while trying to shake this horrible hunch of why we’d still being sitting here.

The blatant rudeness occurred when my gf asked about our table. We were supposed to get a text notification, yet nothing. One of the hostesses insinuated that my phone didn’t work after we explained that no text was sent. THEY COULDNT SHOW US THE TEXT THEY SUPOSEDLY SENT BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT IT. We were met with combativeness. Following that the one hostess at this time dismissed and walked away from my gf. Seeing that I then begin to make my way to the hostess podium. As soon as I got up the same hostess (5 ft away from me) looks at me, rolls her eyes, and disrespectfully points in the direction of the main hall and says “party for Jordan (that’s us), you can sit at the bar”. I finally made it to her and she’s already corralling other patrons to seat them, as I’m standing in front of her. I tell her politely “Im sorry we don’t want to sit at the bar. We’d like to sit at a table”. At that point my gf tapped on my shoulder to leave and we went to the BWW on Talking Stick, and had our fun there.

Just a completely bad experience here at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tempe on Rural. We felt that this was intentional and targeted. I think people, along with people of color, should maybe consider this comment before arriving to...

Went here with my friend for dinner. Only have ever gone to a BWW one other time and it was good. The food was great and an all around good time. My friends and I just got done here and we left honestly very unsatisfied, we didn't even tip, which I always tip 22% or more on my bill. The girl when she came to greet us was fine, like average really. She grabbed our drinks within 5min or less and took our order. I was fairly thirsty and like most places, the waiter grabs you another drink once you get to about half and I had half or less when we got our food but she never offered me a refill or went to grab one. Our food did come fast and for how quickly, it was all luke warm or less which was not really a problem to us because my friend and I work in the food industry. Once we got our food, she passed us many times but never once checked on us, still never got me another drink and we literally had to get up to get her attention for our check. She didn't have an attitude honestly but it seemed to us almost like it was too much of a hassle for her to do her job and take care of us. She was constantly at this one table and checking on her other customers with a smile but with us there was nothing. After we paid, we went to the front just to tell the manager about our situation and the girl we asked to get the manager didn't even notice us there because she was on her phone. The manager came out, and while we were trying to explain our issue he said 'Well we're all new managers to this location and it's good feedback to help us.' I'm an assistant manager and I know responses that managers give or excuses they try to give to 'satisfy' an unhappy customer and this definitely was one. He didn't apologize for this girls poor service or anything. We were not in any way looking for compensation but we just were hoping that speaking to him, he'd do something about this. We both did our best to be understanding in this situation because like I said we work in food and with customers and it was busy there but we left feeling almost like there was no point in talking to the manager, the person who should fix this problem, because he clearly didn't care and rushed back into the kitchen as if our complaint...

My experience here has never been good the handful of times I have been to this location. The food always seems sub par for the prices and the restaurant isn't very clean.

Tonight I was part of a large group, which I do understand it is harder to manage, however there seemed to be a serious lack of attention to our table from the server. I try to be as understanding as possible however tonight pushed my limit. The waitress came to ask for drink orders and seemed rather pleasant at first. I also noticed that another large group seated behind us at a later time was server food and drinks before my table. Two of the members of our group told the waitress we were ready to order and were ignored as she refilled our water. Finally she came back to take the orders but she didn't explain any sort of special until after people had begun ordering which caused some confusion and a longer wait time since many of us had to re think our choices. I myself only ordered cocktails, but had to ask the waitress twice about the status of mine before it was brought to the table nearly 30 minutes later. The food itself took a good while, but again it was busy and a large group can be a lot so we tried to be understanding and patient. However, when the food was brought out there was also a very long wait between each person receiving their meal, at least 15 minutes until the next person received anything. The food itself was fine, average at best. When trying to pay the bill the waitress informed us we needed to provide phone numbers for her to send us a bill in order to use a card transaction which seemed much more difficult than just accepting the physical cards. All in all the service was very slow, inattentive, and rather stressful. Again I stress how unhappy I am that the other large group behind us was served well before our table at all. They seemed to receive food and drink before us though we had been sitting at the table unattended for a good 10 minuites. I am severely disappointed in the inattention of the server and the sub par quality of the food and will not be returning to...
