My wife and daughter had ate here a few weeks ago and they know how much I enjoy Bisen burgers 🍔 😋, so today, I took the family to Eureka for this experience. Now, this relatively new structured area near ASU sports complex as well as other surrounding venues are within walking distance. Parking will be a challenge because of this. Customer service from the moment we walked in, seating accommodations, food, to checking out was excellent. Sky (trainer) & Ava (in training) provided excellent service. Food of course was delicious. Nothing personal, the Bison was not as good in comparison to others I have had, however, if I was not comparing, it was very delicious. The cheese 🧀 fries was some of the best I have had. All other meals were also tasty and well deserving of my 5 Stars. Atmosphere is definitely a modern yet contemporary look to the restaurant interior with plenty of seating. Easily a classy place to eat, socialize, & enjoy company. Update: return today (8/31) Food was excellent đŸ‘ŒđŸ» 😋 Service this time was not the greatest 😒, was kind of slow today, so who knows. Still keeping it a 5 🌟 host was new, however, very pleasant and accommodating, had our usual table ready for our reservation. Brea đŸ˜¶. Highly recommend the ribeye Philly. Also, these signature cheese fries are amazing.

I popped in to grab a little bit to eat while it was mid afternoon. A couple tables and no one at the bar. They recently opened up a few months prior so I think just the word has to get out about this place and it’ll be just fine. The bartender was super nice and chatting with me for a little bit while I waited for my burger. Only pitfall I have (and it’s with a lot of restaurants actually) is when I order a burger and they ask me how I want it cooked. I always say med rare so when it comes out medium I’m ok with it. However this one (and a lot of other places) just cook it to well done because I personally believe they don’t know how to cook a burger or red meat property or they don’t get a lot of burger orders so they just set it on the grill or flattop and just let it cook. đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™‚ïž

Absolutely thrilled to share my dining experience at this hidden gem where culinary delights meet innovation! Let's dive into the gastronomic wonders that had me at the edge of my seat, eagerly anticipating each bite.

First off, the star of the show, the Santa Carota carrot-fed Angus beef, ordered medium, was nothing short of a revelation. The beef boasted a rich, nuanced flavor profile with a tenderness that melted in my mouth - a true testament to the quality and care put into selecting the finest ingredients. It's a must-try for any beef aficionado seeking a memorable meal.

Equally impressive was the Jalapeño Egg Burger - a masterful creation layering a perfectly fried egg, oozy cheddar, crispy bacon, smoky chipotle sauce, and, the piÚce de résistance, pickled jalapeños. These jalapeños were not just any ordinary pickles; they brought a vibrant kick that elevated the burger from great to extraordinary, making each bite a complex dance of flavors and textures.

While the food and service were beyond reproach, I couldn't help but notice the ambiance needing a spark. The dim lighting, although perhaps intended for a cozy atmosphere, gave the impression of the restaurant being closed as I passed by. This, coupled with the observation that the restaurant wasn't at full capacity on a Saturday night, suggests a missed opportunity to attract a bustling crowd. The quality of food and service here deserves a packed house!

Aesthetic enhancements, such as brighter, more inviting lighting, could significantly boost the restaurant's curb appeal, ensuring it stands out and welcomes patrons, both new and returning. It's crucial for such a culinary treasure to shine brightly, both literally and metaphorically.

In today's digital age, reaching out to local food critics like "AZ foodie" and influential TikTokers with a robust following could be a game-changer. Offering them a taste of your exceptional menu in exchange for honest reviews might just be the push needed to tap into vast potential customers, including the vibrant ASU student body. With your doors open until 12 am, there's a whole night of opportunity to become the go-to spot in the city.

I earnestly believe in the success of your establishment and can't wait to return for another delightful dining experience. Your commitment to quality food and service has already set a solid foundation. With a few strategic tweaks, I'm confident your restaurant will not only succeed but thrive, becoming a bustling hotspot for food lovers far and wide. Thank you for a memorable meal, and here's...

Parking was difficult but we happened upon a nearby. Atmosphere is clean, crisp and modern but for the most part pretty empty of customers at 8pm on a Saturday night
. Not a good sign and we shortly found out why. My modelo beer was fine but partners draft apple cider was flat as a door nail. After about 30 minutes our dinners arrived with apologies for taking so long as they were “ short on staff”
how many times are we gonna have to hear this excuse? Partner ordered shredded pork nachos which when arrived were not even warm to the touch and had to ask the waiter to please just reheat in the microwave
..and he is extremely averse to ever sending anything back so this spoke volumes to me. That’s pretty bad if you can’t even get nachos right!. The cheese was hard. The beans were in a puddle underneath everything. The meat was cold. They just were not
.Nachos! I got fish and chips which by definition mean what we Americans call French fries. Instead were some odd looking roundish balls of cooked potatoes almost too lewd to describe. The fish
. Imagine making a one by one inch stick of sliced fish and breading it with thick unappealing dough and over frying it. I guess a glorified fish stick is what they were aiming for. I tried my best to eat around the breading for the tough morsels of fish but wound up discarding most of my dinner. Overall a pitiful, painful and poor...
