I came here on Fri June 20 with my daughter. We pulled up to the drive through and the girl on the other side of the speaker asked what I'd like to order. I ordered my daughter's first and the young lady said, "I'm sorry can you repeat that". So I did but a little louder to make sure she heard me We were the only ones in line at the drive through. So I made sure that my order was taken correctly and drive up to the window. I waited about 8 good minutes (long enough to watch someones car jumped bc the battery had died) until this little young looking Asian girl came and opened the window, took my card and I waited another 4-6 minutes. Finally, a young man opens the window and informs me that it will be a minute bc they were having "system issues". Not a problem. He closes the window, another 7 minutes go by, then the girl opens the window and ASKS FOR MY CARD AGAIN! Um, you STILL HAVE MY CARD. Another 2 minutes go by. I finally get my card back. At this point I waited 20 minutes!!! At the drive through!!! I saw 3 groups go in AND OUT! And im still here waiting. So finally!!! Now im excited nc the first snow cone is coming out! Guess what!? Its the wrong order!!!! So I wait another 5 minutes until the girl that TOOK MY ORDER comes back to the window. I tell her I'm so sorry but this is not what I ordered. She ROLLED her eyes at me, and said oh! Im sorry and I handed it back to her.... waited another 6 minutes. Gezzzzz! I will NEVER come back here again! When I finally get my last snow cone, the girl asked me if I needed any napkins. I was beginning to say yes and she SLAMMED the window in my face... rude ain't it! I just drove away. Screw it! Ill stop at shell and grab some. I stop at shell and my daughter started eating the top of her snow cone, the middle was looking like literal shaved ice. No flavor nothing!!! Plain!!!!! Never again!!!!! I will drive to the one in katy b4 i ever return here again!!!!!!! Horrible service and experience thanks to this little uneducated child they have working here. Read moreSo I decided to go to this location about 20 minutes before closing. Usually it's not a big deal. I was only ordering one small cone so I figured it would be okay. I work a lot and I usually don't get off till well after everything's closed. So it was nice to get off early and have a nice dinner with my wife and then we decided to get a little sweet treat before heading home. I arrived at this location at 11:35 when it closed at 12:00 and I pulled up to the drive-thru and there was no response. So I went out around front to use the front door to go inside and there was two employees by looks of it. Two teenage girls that were ducking beneath the counter. Looking at the drive-thru window to see if I was still there. They were bobbing up and down until they saw me at the front door at which point they both screamed and laughed and ran to the back. The front door was locked but still they saw me screamed and ran. They then proceeded to peek out the window that separates the front of the store from the back of the store. Four times before I decided to just call it quits. I then went around back to the drive-thru and was like. Hey I just want one thing You guys don't close for 15 minutes Is that okay? At which point they responded with no it's not okay and we closed for the night and we'll all have to ask my coworker and all this other stuff and it's like okay. If you don't want to work then why I have a job. If you don't want to be open late then why stay open late. This was insanely unprofessional and I've actually never experienced something like that to that degree. I understand going to a restaurant or something before closing isn't exactly the best thing, but when it's just a snow cone or a scoop of ice cream I'm at a loss. I will be back to speak to the manager or owner but until then good Lord. If you go here you may as well not go anywhere near to when they close. Probably 1 or 2 hours because good luck. Read moreVisited this location on 5/6/23. Ordered 2 sno cones, it was 3 people in front of us. A couple & a guy. 15 mins later the couple gets their items. Another 15 mins the guy get his. 1st red flags! 8 mins later our 1st sno cones is ready. 20 mins go by 4 customers inside, multiple customers in drive thru. Gets their items. I request "hey where's my sno cone?..." oh our apologies we'll make it right now.. Another 15 mins goes by... NO CONE. At this point I'm upset. I request a full refund & some tall half man half kid looking guy gives that "wait a minute" finger.... Admittedly... I lost it. The cashier girl refunds our money.. No other words were said from ANY of the employees. We will NEVER return. The problem is it's too many kids working there with no adult manager or management so time management is poor customer service is poor, a revamp is definitely in order. I've waited less time for a steak! It's insane. I should have apologized for possibly scaring the girls working there, To them.. I apologize. Your turn Bahama...
