There’s a woman who said she was the manager that works there. She’s extremely unprofessional and lacks common customer service. Additionally, she refused to make the bowl appropriately when asked and refused to do what was completely in her power. She rushed me although they were not busy. I informed her I’d like a little more rice and a few more beans but she started throwing rice and beans in the bowls before I could even finish my statement. She literally put rice then beans then more rice on top of the beans then more beans on top of the second layer of rice. At this point, that’s not what I wanted but I was willing to proceed. The woman then told me told me, if you want double or triple, you can let me know that. I informed her I didn’t want double, I just want the normal serving size but I don’t want extra. She said this is normal, im the manger so I know. I asked her name and she literally said I don’t have to give you that. I informed her that she could keep the bowl and that I’d be reporting her. She started yelling out do you want the general manager’s number, I said, I don’t. She had literally just told me she was the manager but then offered me the manger’s number. I have been going to Chipotle for years and I’ve never had an issue placing an order before. This was ridiculous.
Also, customers before me were asking could they add things to the meal. She told them no, we can’t do that. They didn’t ask for anything free and seemed willing to pay for the additional things they were asking for, so why could they not order it when it was right there on the bar?
The associate seemed as if she was on a power trip with customers. Without customers buying products or services, there’s literally no way a business can sustain. She didn’t seem like she should be in charge of walking pets, let alone managing people. Her attitude was awful from beginning to end.
I went down to Tuckerton and the experience was 100% different for the exact same order. I was able to order fast and...
Read moreThe worst customer service I've experienced. I ordered my food online at 6pm to be ready by 6:30. (Being a Friday I understand it can be very busy.) Got there at 6:30 and waited until 6:40 before asking to make sure my order was still in the queue. The girl at the register walked back and fourth talking to the to go employees and went back to the register. Never got an answer on what was going on until I went back up to her 10 minutes later. I was trying to be understanding and patient. Mind you I had food in the car waiting i had already picked up thinking i gave them plenty of time so it would surely be ready. Finally, I asked her again and she looks over in their direction and says they're making it. So I wait another 10 min and finally i ask for her manager. This guy walks up (Eduardo) and mumbles "yeah?" I explain the situation very politely and he says "we are waiting on the cauliflower rice" and walks away. Again, I patiently wait for food or an answer or something. 7:10 gets here and I'm irritated. I ask him for a refund and he says nothing and walks to the back then returns to the to go area. No explanation, no receipt, no food, no proof of refund. I ask him can I please have a receipt confirming my refund and he mumbles something about the computer in the back does refunds and in a very rude and short voice tells me "you're gonna see it on your bank!". Doesn't even look at me. So then I ask for his supervisor's name and he spins around, slaps his hand on the cards at the register, and shoves a card at me before turning around. Again, saying nothing. I am so baffled at the way I was treated. If they would've given me some communication from the very first encounter this all could've been avoided. I am patient and understanding but this is...
Read moreThe food and drinks were amazing, but I had a small issue. I placed my order online, which was just a burrito and some chips. When I arrived at the restaurant, I waited until my order was ready and went to pick it up. The girl at the counter told me they didn't have it. I thought it wasn't ready yet, since the place was full. I sat down for about 10 minutes to wait for the line to clear, and then I went back to ask again. The girl told me they simply didn't have it anymore, that it had been given to someone else, and that was that. I understand that maybe they gave it to the wrong person—no big deal—but that's not my problem. I'm paying for my food and service, and it's not fair that they treated me like I was asking for something for free, especially with their rude attitude. Then another girl came over to check my phone to see if my order was there, and after a while they gave it to me, but it was missing the guacamole I had ordered. I went to ask for it, and the girl at the register looked annoyed. Again, I wasn't asking for anything for free; I just wanted to enjoy what I had paid for. So, I didn't think that was very fair of them. I don't wish any harm on them or that they take any action against her, since I understand how stressful restaurant work can be. I just wanted to share this feedback, as I hope it will be taken into consideration. Thank you in advance to customer service for reading this....
