The staff is unbelievably rude. I order the breakfast platter bc I like the Jimmy Dean sausage links that come with it. I don't like the home fries so we specifically asked "Can we substitute a hashbrown for the potatoes?' They said we could. My husband and I both know this is what was said. Why did they give us two order of the homefried instead? We asked when we received it and the girl was adamant about how that's what we asked for. Why would we ask for a substitute for something that's already on there? She didn't even offer to fix it. Basically a nope, that's what you said and then she went back inside. I asked my husband to go inside and fix it but he just went and bought two hashbrowns for me instead. It's not about the food at this point, it's about the principle here. We went to the dog park to eat real quick and I open it up and there is 1 patty instead of four links! Hello?! The links come with this platter. They are pictured this way. Even I apparently know the menu better than the crew. It's not like they were busy. The only person eating in there was a crew member and there was no one in line. We were literally the only customers. I mean come on! Lazy and rude. I made my husband go back bc the whole reason I ordered this was for the sausage. It's maple-y and delicious. (I'm 8 months pregnant, btw). We went back and I hadn't eaten any, I handed it to them and politely and asked for the links it was supposed to come with. They asked for my receipt (which I'd thrown away). Seriously? This is our third time back. I'm just asking for the links it was supposed to come with. Here's the food in front of you. I wasn't asking for my money. Just fix your mistake for once! The manager who was cooking started saying something to the girl who attending to us and shaking her head. At point I just said forget about it. Then I went back to car, grabbed the bag of extra potatoes I didn't want in the first place and put them on the counter. Thanks for wasting my money and my time. And congratulations on being a bunch of rude people on top of it. Destiny was the girls name, according to the boy at the front. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. I'm just tired...
Read moreThis location at night does not care there have been multiple times. I have ordered on Uber eats where my order is wrong. I’m missing items and especially there’s no condiments at all no ketchup no chocolate sauce like the French toast. Say it would come with supposed to get . My halfsie fries, but instead, I got just a regular fry no ketchup. This is the last time I will attempt to order from this place at night because it’s always wrong and they just don’t care missing items. It doesn’t matter. Also going at night through drive-through on the few times. I have come up there myself. They always have an excuse saying they can’t take orders saying their card machine is down or something weird like that and I don’t go there too often for that to be a consistent thing so I really just don’t think they care at this location. This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever ordered from. I cannot speak for the dayshift but the night shift...
Read moreThis was a Friday night around 8:00 pm, even with no one else in the drive through behind us our order (2 meals and 2 tacos) took forever to come out and came out with both sandwiches wrong. Can't file complaint directly because no receipt either. We were actually really looking forward to our order but instead of my chicken sandwich I was given a horrible tasting burger on a hard stale bun with only Swiss cheese and ranch on it and the spicy nacho sandwich munchie meal had no cheese and a single jalapeno slice. I get that it's fast food so the bar is pretty low on quality but I shouldn't need to unwrap everything to make sure it's correct and definitely shouldn't be waiting 10+ minutes for 2 meals. Jack in the box as a whole has been going downhill, definitely not worth the inflated prices for bad service and...
