I wish I could've given this place zero stars.
I have tried this place 4 separate times, each after new management and an entire slate of new employees comes in, but last night was all I could take.
My daughter was having a field trip, so I came in to pick up a special lunch for her for the following day. Not only did it take 30 min to make 2 sandwiches with no one in line before me, but they made everything dangerously wrong. My daughter has a fatal dairy allergy, I specified multiple times that her food couldn't have any dairy I even asked for it to be cut with a clean knife. I had separate convos about it with all 3 employees on shift. I even heard them talking about it to each other while making the food. Sure enough, when I got home, I found melted cheese on my daughter's food. Now I know people make mistakes. I called the store and things went downhill from there. I was told I couldn't be refunded without driving 20 min back to the restaurant. I was promised if I did, that I would be refunded and my food replaced. By the time I arrived, the manager decided he could only refund me or replace the food. And since I didn't bring the drinks back, he could only refund the sandwiches. After almost poisoning my child, after making promises he didn't keep, and then, once assuring me that his team made no mistakes when i arrived, he couldn't even fully refund the money.
I'm all done with this location. I have experienced racism in previous visits, rudeness, and now an almost fatal incident. I hope this location shuts down...
Read moreI did an online order from this location, first time ordering online from the app, first I put the order in for one sub, then someone asked me for one and tried to update it to make it 2 subs instead of one. I see it shows it charged for 3 subs so I call and they tell me that it was updated and they actually have 2 subs ordered from me. Then once I get to the restaurant I go up to the I guess he is the owner or something and I’m telling him I just want to make sure I’m only been charged for 2 subs and not 3 since I’m my bank account it says pending for 3 subs, and he gets all mad at me and bumping his hand on the counter telling me he can’t do anything and I’m explaining to him what happened and he just didn’t care. Then i see him upset with his workers hurrying them up in a bad manner in front of customers. If he is the owner, which pretty sure he is, is not a good owner and representation of this franchise at all. Worst experience ever. This has never happened to me. They usually try to work things out with if there was a mistake but he did not at all and getting his attitude and all in front of customers. How you going to keep them happy and all. Read moreI decided to grab this for lunch today which I almost wish I hadn’t. I have been to Firehouses all over the place but this was my first at this location. Service was slow, slow is an understatement. There were two people one of which was making sandwiches but looked and me and never said a word of “hey we will be you in a minute” the person in the back looked at me but kept doing whatever so I waited for at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and my order was taken. It was only myself and two other people in the place, one of which had food the other has been sitting and waiting for theirs. I ordered a small Italian, small is an understatement. Thats usually what i order but this was way smaller then what you would normally get with Firehouse, I also treid the mac n cheese it was sooooooo watery.
