One sunny morning, little Grayson woke up with an adventurous gleam in his eyes. Today was special—it was McDonald's breakfast day! Grayson loved McDonald’s, not just for the food but for the exciting journey that always came with it.
Grayson pulled on his favorite outfit—a brown checkered hoodie and soft corduroy pants. He looked at himself in the mirror, gave a little nod of approval, and declared, “Ready for action!” With his tiny sneakers securely fastened, he hopped into the family van, eagerly chatting about pancakes, syrup, and orange juice.
As they arrived, the golden arches shimmered in the morning sunlight. Grayson’s eyes lit up as he pushed open the door. Inside, the aroma of hash browns and sizzling eggs filled the air, and the vibrant menu screens flashed images of breakfast sandwiches and warm apple pies.
He climbed onto the counter while daddy ordered. From his perch, he could see the bustling kitchen, where workers in uniforms flipped pancakes and folded egg McMuffins. “Wow,” Grayson whispered, fascinated.
Once their order was ready, Grayson grabbed his bag of goodies with both hands, the warmth of the food making him smile. But he wasn’t done with his adventure yet! He scouted the perfect table—a cozy corner where he could spread out his feast.
As he munched on his fluffy pancake dipped in syrup, Grayson’s eyes wandered to the colorful chalkboard wall nearby. He decided to take a quick “exploration break,” hopping down from his chair to inspect the drawings. “Look, Daddy! It’s like a treasure map!” he exclaimed, pointing to swirls and doodles.
After finishing his meal, Grayson gave a big, syrupy grin. He leaned back in his chair, proudly rubbing his belly. “That was the best breakfast ever!” he declared.
Before leaving, Grayson waved at the staff behind the counter and shouted, “See you next time!” They chuckled and waved back, clearly charmed by his enthusiasm.
As Grayson climbed back into the van, his little heart was full of joy and his tummy full of pancakes. He couldn’t wait to tell everyone about his great breakfast adventure...
Read moreIt was around 7pm today & I had an uncomfortable experience with an employee with makeup caked on. Getting in my face about something so simple she could've mentioned at the front. She shouldnt try talking in secret using spanish without even knowing the person understands what she's saying.
We decided to order on the app to pick up inside. I had a Mcdonalds cup I bought earlier & thought maybe I could refill it. If I was told to pay, I would. What bothers me is the fact she kept talking in Spanish to her coworkers about me walking in with my cup. I heard her when I came in. I heard her as I walked to the drinks station because I'd gotten a cup for my kid now. As I reach to fill my cup she leaves the kitchen to get in my face & say I can't refill without paying for a new drink. But I calmly said I will do that. She says you can come to the front to pay. Tells the cashier I must be charged for a cup. I got on the app to pay for the drink instead. I ask for a cup holder, he reminds me I need to pay but I show the other employee she's been going onto non stop, that I've paid for my cup. She still asked them if I paid for my drink as I walked out. I can pay for a cup girl cmon now. What's funny is a guy walked in from outside to refill a cup next to me when she was telling me to pay, but she was only targeting me. Yet EVERYTIME we go through the drive thru the employees can't provide decent service. We almost always place two small mobile orders & the employees can't seem to comprehend that. We mention it at the speaker, the second window & the final window. They still only give us one order or literally slam the door in our face after telling us to go to the next window because...
Read moreUpdate: Still the worst customer service in Kingwood! Tried them again. Don't expect them to scan your coupon more than once before they ask "Is it ok if I charge you for this instead?" This location always gives me trouble when I try to use a coupon. Like today. I didn't tell them at the speaker I wanted the free egg Mcmuffin with coupon because I thought you had to order ahead. Then I saw where they could scan it. I told the little girl at the window to add it to my order and she just scanned the coupon without adding it to my actual order. They made me pull to the 2nd window while they served at least 10 cars. I had to honk my horn and eventually when everyone else was gone, they brought my food. But it didn't have the egg Mcmuffin so I honked again and the other lady gave me a hard time saying I never ordered that at the window and "let me see you ticket." The little girl never put it on my ticket but she did scan it. Why couldn't you talk to your co worker and fix this instead of giving me a hard time? I told her to keep it and she probably did. This is not the first time I had trouble using a coupon there! They always act like they don't want to give you the free items. Plus, they have found ways to overcharge me here. Like I have ordered the sausage biscuit with hashbrown before and added cheese they charged me for the meal minus the egg. This is a...
