Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

The current baristas are fabulous! My coffee always tastes amazing, and they're all amazingly kind.

Previous 1 star review. Until this past Sunday, this location has always been my favorite! The coffee is amazing, and comes out tasting great! That being said, the lead (manager) over this location is not very friendly at all. She is extremely unprofessional which is so sad because until her I always loved this place.

She made sure I would not be returning to this location though after telling me she would not substitute something in my drink. I only ever order this one drink in the same way. I’ve never had an issue ordering my drink because the barista always knows what I mean. I honestly do not understand how this Estefania girl is a lead. She needs some serious professional development training.

After posting my feelings on social media, I learned a few of my friends have had similar experiences with this girl. She is extremely unprofessional, and something needs to be done about it. It is sad when one individual turns you off of a location. She told me I would not be getting that drink in the future, and she would be talking to her baristas about it too. All I wanted was to substitute a sauce for the classic, and pay the difference(which is what I always do). I ended up calling the store manager, and will probably call corporate because I highly doubt anything will be done...

After scrambling through traffic to a non existent Starbucks up the road, I googled and rushed to this one. Only to discover that after waiting for and finding a parking spot and being halted by a locked left entrance at Kroger, I made it to the counter at 9:01pm to hear, "We're closed". I feel like obviously this location isn't the easiest to get to because it's within a store in a busy area. The barista COULD have assisted me instead of holding a conversation with the Kroger employee about whatever it is that they were discussing. Thanks to her horrible customer service, I had to google a third location 9 minutes away before my 3 hour drive after a very long work day. The convenient location right off the highway wasn't so convenient at all and I will NEVER patronize this...

This Starbucks has the worst customer service. They have two young girls always working who always goof off and don't ever do a great job. Today one of them took the trash out, washed her hands for literally 3 seconds then tried to make my drink, when I asked her to properly wash her hands she got an attitude and rolled her eyes. She then asked the cashier to make my drink who also didn't wash her hands. Oh and let's not forget the cashier tried to short me 10.00 on my change. This is not the first time I have had issues with these same two girls (sarah and Maddison) but I promise it will be the last! I will NEVER go here again!
