The Starbucks at Spring Cypress Road is very efficient and precise in their drink making. I have a very customized Frappuccino and they get it right every time. I find the Baristas there to be very friendly. This is not my regular Starbucks but I do go there about every 2 weeks. I have been going there for quite a few years and I have found the quality of the drinks to be the same throughout the years. This location has a drive-thru and it can be busy at times. The parking here is a bit difficult as the lot is very small. There are not many spaces directly in front of the Starbucks store. There is a Sonic right across the parking lot and you do have the option of parking there. There is also a shopping center in the back and you can park there and walk over to Starbucks. Of course unless you're just wanting to go in for some reason you can always opt to use the drive-thru and I believe that's why it is often times really busy. Another thing to note is that Spring High School is right across the road from this location and if you go at times where school is letting out in the afternoon the location can tend to be really busy and you will have a really hard time finding a place to sit inside as the students come over and study there in...
Read moreAs a concerned customer, I feel compelled to speak up about what I witnessed during my visit around noon. While placing my order, I overheard what sounded like the manager harshly yelling at an employee. The tone and volume were so unsettling that it immediately made me feel uncomfortable and genuinely bad for the team working there. When I got to the window, I asked the employee if she was okay because she looked visibly distressed and upset. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I left feeling like I had unknowingly contributed to an environment that didn’t seem healthy or respectful. No one should be spoken to like that, especially not in front of customers. If that were my child being treated that way at work, I would be extremely upset. I sincerely hope the employee is okay, and I really hope this behavior is addressed. I’m not one to get confrontational, but the service was so bad! you can’t ask the baristas anything without them giving you an attitude or giving you ugly looks. I picked up my order and it happened to be wrong, which was okay i understand sometimes people make mistakes! but i went back to ask to get it replaced and i was given the ugliest faces towards me..
