I did not want to go in the drive thaw because the line was to long so I wanted inside I want to place my order and I was standing there for 15 minutes and this young man I think his name was Christopher come up to me and told me to order at the Machine I told him I was paying cash and I don’t know how to work the machine he look at me as like he was upset and then walk away without saying anything I stand there for another ten minutes and then I said hello can someone take my order he just walking back and forth and then another young man said give him a minute and he will be with me so I waited until he was done other 6 minutes and then he help me with the machine and took my money they had 5 to 6 people there and I hate that every in there was not trying to take my order but the young man that help me out on top of that they gave me the wrong order and then a man came in saying that his order was wrong to so I called the store the next day and talk to the manager name v and she told me that they will replace my order I help they get better with some of the people there and get better at Customer service to acknowledge the people that walk In the store I hate going to this location that was my second time going and last time coming...
Read moreIt’s currently 1:59 pm on January 2nd. I ordered a tostada and was told “we don’t sell that no more”. It’s currently listed on the menu. I then tried to order 2 of the nugget deluxe meals which I said.. and I requested a supreme taco then was rudely corrected. The woman said “that doesn’t come with that, oh I guess you want the meal”. Yes. She asked what sauce I wanted and I asked for the jalapeño honey mustard, then she stated “we don’t got that, we only have bell sauce” I said ok I’ll take the bell sauce and she was very quick to inform me that I only get one. I ordered 2 meaIs and should get 2. I was also told “ we don’t have drinks either”. I would love to post the name of the employee who so clearly did not want to be at work and treat other humans like trash but I was informed “we don’t have receipt paper”
Y’all need to do better. The customer service today was bullshit and nobody deserves to be treated like this. Please see who was taking orders around 1:45 1/3/25 because she needs training. Maybe she’s a new hire? I’ve never had an experience like this before and we eat here twice a week.

Yesterday there was an extremely rude and unprofessional white lady(in her 50s? She looked like the shift manager) who I could tell was having a bad day. Having worked in customer service and retail I'm very empathetic with the workers of the industry. But she HAD to get out of her way to be ill-mannered and unprofessional. Don't be so self centered. Everybody has their bad days, and I was having one myself. As a drive-thru worker, you should not be rubbing off your negativity on every customer who comes by.
