After reviewing all the previous reviews, I see why this is a continued trend. The District Manager -I believe she said she was DM-Nastacia treats customers just the same! I understand if your product doesn’t arrive on time, and you have a delayed opening, but this doesn’t seem to be a one time occurrence. They close early- as other reviews have mentioned-whenever they want. So, how do you expect to have the employees do the right thing when the Director is just as incompetent to customer service? There are ways of informing your customers of delayed opened. It’s called putting up a sign. The thing that did it for me, was when she chose to try and SHOO me away, instead of politely asking to come back later. I have been in the food industry before and this is one thing I always look at no matter where I go-customer service!! She also tried to say that when I post this review, it will be HER that I speak to, but I know GAC is a franchise. I am POSITIVE the owners would not care to hear that his company is being ran this way. I will be speaking with him about how Nastacia is running his GAC off West...

I paid upfront for a whole sheet cookie and the largest peanut butter ice cream cake they offer. Everything was yummy and looked great.

My cookie cake was not the flavor I ordered (DF) and had a misspelled name. I believe the person who took the order did not communicate with the person who made the order. I gave them my number, and they lost it, so they could not call me before making my order. They made two-size ice cream cakes because they were unsure what size I ordered. The person who prepared the order did their best with the information they had. The person who took my order did not give them the paper I watched them write all my order info on.

If you place an order in the middle of the week, you should follow up before the weekend to ensure it's going as planned.

I believe the employees do not get along and may cause drama for each other.

I only get cookies(well use to). After purchasing a batch of old cookies and wasting my money that time around. When I went back I made sure to ask for fresh cookies. I was told that they have to sell the old cookies which are on the top before they sell the fresh cookies which they place on the bottom. I politely walked out and haven't been back. When they first opened the cookies were fresh. I guess since they were new they were selling a lot faster. Now that customers are dealing with bad customer service, improper storing of the cookies, bugs in ice cream and stale cookies there's less customers and more left overs. Even though they are closer to me I'll rather drive to Crumble or Tiff Treat for fresh cookies and good...
