Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

hi yesterday (02/25/23) I drove through your HWY 146 location in Baytown Texas. I spent $24.28 on food (they did not give me a reciept, Im looking on my bank account). I ordered a burger meal and a chicken burger meal. The food was HORRIBLE!!!! The fries were not fresh, its like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. My friend ate her burger meal but made the remark she was only eating it because she was starving! I ordered my chicken burger without lettuce or tomatos but of course lettuce and tomatos were on it. I am HIGHLY allergic to lettuce. After scraping it off, I still broke out and my lips swelled up. PLUS the chicken tasted like frozen checken that had barely been heated. I am VERY disappointed! oh and the worker didnt even bother to say thank you or have a nice day. As far as Im concerned that was 25 bucks wasted! Unless made right, i will NEVER eat at Wendys again. My reaction o the lettuce could have sent me to the hospital, surprisingly it did not. I have not left a google review but unless I hear back from you about my horrible experience, I WILL leave a google review. How terrible that you would serve food like that and clearly your emplyee needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. I spend 25.00 for food Im allergic to and I dont even get a thank you....

Only reason I put one star is because I can’t put zero stars. I went to Wendy’s today (2/21) and pulled up to the drive thru, the lady worked first announced that they do not have any drinks nor frosty supplies but can only offer the combos #1-#5. Now keep in mind the #1 is a Dave’s single w/fries and a drink and the #3 is a 10 piece nugget w/fries and a drink. I ask the lady to give me a moment to get everyone order. Once I had the orders I requested a, 2 for $5 (Dave’s single and 10 piece nuggets) the lady then responded that they don’t have that, they only have the combos #1-#5. Please explain to me how that makes sense?? I asked her why I can’t just get the 2 for $5 since they didn’t have drinks and it was the same items as the #1 and #3, she then responded with well I can give you a Dave’s single and 10 nuggets but it can’t be as a 2 for $5 it has to be at the combos. FIRE BOTH MANAGERS ASAP

Both managers need to be fired ASAP. Both are constantly on their phone and the main manager spends most of her time in her truck while on the clock. Plus she is extremely rude and has poor customer service. The time I was there I could hear her swearing at the workers because apparently she had been rude with someone in the drive thru and they wanted a refund. She has white hair and her name is Naomi. Kelly is the other manager and while I've never had a bad experience personally I've seen her be rude to the workers and customers. The workers are completely different they always make sure my order is right and fresh. The workers have always been VERY friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my order was to my liking. 5 stars for food because the workers have always made sure my food was fresh. 1 star for the service directed towards management. 1 star for the atmosphere directed towards...
