We had an overall pretty good time. This was our first visit, early Fathers Day treat, and we have been wanting to go for a while. We arrived 30 minutes early and the place was packed. We decided, let's get some food while we wait. I grabbed the attention of an employee and said, "we have 6 and we would love to get some food." He didn't tell us anything about how to order and said the tables with a sign are reserved. He told us you might find some seating upstairs and then dismissed us. We wandered upstairs and found the uncovered seating on the roof level that he was talking about, in the direct sun, but we still had no idea how to order. We found the barcodes on the tables so we could start to see what they offered. At that point we were thinking, "oh you must order through the app or menu." By the time we made it to the table and menu(15 minutes) we were getting the texts that our bay for golf was almost ready. For a little back story, I had just finished mowing our yard at home with a push mower, in the Texas 90 + degree sun right before lunch time and didnt eat lunch so was starving and thirsty now. We saw the bar area both upstairs and downstairs so was tempted to get a drink while we figured out the food situation but we didn't because we figured we would wait since the bay was almost ready. Finally the bay was ready and we got over there. I had watched a video online beforehand so kind of had an idea of how it worked but not setting up the games on their computer. We poked at that for a few minutes and it was kind of intuitive but not enough to get us started. It immediately wants everyone's name, phone, email, street address, and $5 per added player. At this point I am thinking we are on a bay time limit already and do not want to stand there and type everyone's information before starting to have fun hitting some balls. One of the emoyees makes her way over and gives a little rundown of the setup and then puts the mode into practice mode and as long as people can hit some balls, I was happy. None of the kids have ever really swung golf club so some training was necessary.

To sum this up there was a little bit of overlap with the clock ticking on the bay game clocks, entering all kinds of data in order to have individuals on the game to compete for score, and the food, which took a really long time to come out. Then everyone wanted to eat because we were all starving so the game clock is ticking, I hate ticking clocks, and no one was using the game but we paid for it.

I would go again, with adults only, that could enter their own data, I would eat beforehand, drinks on-site for sure.

It was around $200, $240 after gratuity. Overall we had a...

Update: Manager Megan just got this review demoted. Instead of pausing to hear a customer's frustration and concern today, she played victim and blame game. Instead of pausing to consider the feedback and safety of people, she defended a tech system, legit defended TECHNOLOGY OVER PEOPLE'S SAFETY. The TopGolf experience itself is wonderful, but everything operationally - the reservation system and management - needs an improvement. I have yet to have one reservation go smoothly this summer. Twice my reservations started 45-50 minutes late, once the wi-fi was down and they haphazardly seated people without consideration to the people who had reservations. It's always some kind of excuse why they aren't run efficiently. I try to give grace and be understanding that hiccups happen, but Little Miss Manager Megan wanted to be foolish today. So to someone in TopGolf management, please consider evaluating your text message reminder system to function in a more reasonable fashion for the safety of your customers and others. I signed up through the app, I pre-paid a deposit, I signed in as a player when it texted me 90 minutes beforehand, I did everything correct as a customer to indicate I was coming. Texting twice 15 minutes before a reservation, demanding they confirm, and saying "we haven't heard from you" less then 5 munutes after the first message, without considering that someone would be operating a motor vehicle is just unnecessary. In DFW at 6/6:30pm traffic sucks - I'm either already omw or not. Use your brains folks or integrate the tech better. Don't put people's lives in jeopardy because you demand a response! And yes, I know the system will hold my reservation, it's principle at this point and further proves the point your reservation and tech systems need improvement!

Other than that, Samantha was a rock star! The actual employees are really nice, again the whole experience is great.

Previous review: Great time just working on my golf skills. I enjoy the games and ease of use. Nice facility, well maintained and clean. Tylar was friendly and professional. Will...

While with a friend in the area, we both wanted to do something fun before we went to dinner. We settled on Topgolf as my friend had great experiences at their Austin location. We were not able to reserve a spot for the day we went, but a quick call reassured us that walk in would not be a long wait and was recommended. The facility was clean upon arrival, we went to the desk and got in pretty quickly, we were able to give our floor preference, and we were told it would be a 15-30 minute wait. After 45 minutes of waiting my friend went to the desk, and was were rudely told it would be another 10-15 minute wait. We waited another 20 minutes and right before we were about to just walk out we got a text that our booth was almost ready, we thought we would wait since we got this text, after 15 additional minutes we went back to the desk, where we were told they were still clearing our table. We both thought that either they had the worst mess ever, or that they were just exaggerating to try to keep us in the door. Eventually we got assigned booth 312, we went up and it was not very clean. the seat was pretty dirty and full of crumbs, and the table wasn't particularly clean either, we just decided not to bother as we had waited long enough, and with the desk treating us like we were just hassling them by being there we decided just to live with it, as we were only going to spend 30 minutes there, since we didn't want to bother ordering food there, and we were pressed on time too. Our waiter who was in charge of our table was friendly, and was nice, but I could tell he had lots of booths to tend to. The golfing itself went well, but all the issues from prior really detracted from the experience, and I can't see myself returning here, and I can't say I...

Topgolf is a decent venue for corporate events that combines the excitement of a driving range with the ambiance of a lively bar. With multiple locations across the country, it's easy to find a Topgolf that's convenient for your team. One of the things that makes Topgolf so appealing for corporate events is the variety of games available. There are several different options to choose from, ranging from traditional golf to games that are more akin to bowling or darts. This means that everyone on your team can find a game that they enjoy, regardless of their skill level or interest in golf. Another thing that sets Topgolf apart from other corporate event venues is the quality of the food and drinks. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, from shareable appetizers to hearty entrees and decadent desserts. There's also an extensive drink menu with beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails to suit everyone's preferences. Perhaps the most important aspect of any corporate event is the atmosphere, and Topgolf delivers in spades. The venue has a fun and relaxed vibe that encourages people to let loose and have a good time. There's always upbeat music playing, and the staff is friendly and attentive. In summary, Topgolf is a fantastic choice for a corporate event. The variety of games, quality of food and drinks, and lively atmosphere make it a fun and engaging experience that your team will remember for years to come.
