We went on Saturday night for my husband’s birthday and when we first got in the sat is at the back table by the pool table. My husband stopped a waitress and asked her who was going to be our waitress and she said it’s only three of them! We was shocked on a busy night like Saturday night and you only had three waitresses. Then my husband took it upon himself to move is to the bar 45 mins later. We sat there and the bartender asked us what did we want to drink she then gave us a menu. We begin to order husband orders double shot of Hennessy and I ordered the blue drink in the pictures below. The drinks were great! My husband ordered the catfish and shrimp pasta his food came out 45 mins before mine as well. His food was immaculate and tasted great! Finally my plate arrived an hour later! I had hair on the side of my plate so I asked her to send it back to the kitchen and remake it. That plate came out 30 mins later and the shrimp was horrible they tasted like rubber the chicken I couldn’t even cut it with that butter knife they gave me. I basically think they just took the hair out of the plate and placed it in the warmer and brought it back out to me!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! So disappointed! Again this was my husbands birthday. My sister in law ordered fried pickles and they told her an hour later they were sold out! Listen I don’t even know if this will be read but this is a nice spot but hire some more people and make sure you serve people with food that is decent food this was horrible! Let’s not even get into the ladies room. No toilet paper and the first stall was stopped up! Told someone he has the manager with a pink shirt all he did was control the volume on the...

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening, as to be expected with new businesses and grand openings there is room for improvement. The atmosphere is nice, it will be perfect for game days! However, the women’s bathroom could use some work, the toilet seat was hanging almost complete off. Our server was nice, but the service was slow, it was hot due to the power going out, the servers were down, the kitchen and bar were backed up. I respect the fact that our server was upfront about these things so there were no unrealistic expectations. Also can’t go without mentioning the fact there are items on the menu that when you order them money is donated to the Alzheimer’s foundation which Michael’s wife suffers from, I found that to be super sweet. I also noticed the nice touch that every menu item’s total includes the number 88, I’m a details person and that was so on brand. Michael Irvin came around and greeted guests, took pictures, signed autographs and was all around so kind and helpful. After it took more than 20 minutes for our drinks I mentioned it to Mr Irvin politely and he immediately jumped into action, he personally brought me and my friends our drinks and comped our tab for the inconvenience. Although there is room for improvement I’m not counting this place out because Mr Irvin seems to take the feedback seriously, and I feel he will make the necessary adjustments to ensure this place even greater and representing his amazing 88 brand! Terrible Service!! I attended this Establishment for the first time looking to having a good experience and it turned out to be a No Go for me. ... With total Disappointment.... We Arrived at about 7:50 On Sun labor day Weekend. Place Wasn't very busy at all...... Order was taken about 8:05 for Shrimp and Fish Pasta, and lemon Pepper Wings. Which took for ever. After Waiting for so long for our food. A table of 5 came in abt 10 minutes after Us. set next to us and Ordered and got their food before us..... Around about 8:35 Waitress come's back to tell us. they did'nt have anymore fish left. After the long wait. You should have known this after my order was takeing or before. So i decided to do the Chicken and shrimp Pasta. So about 8:55 The food come's out After waiting forever. (WRONG)! Who didnt ask for Garlic Wings Was Us!!.... 😡 had to take that back. we got the lemon Pepper. My Pasta had way to much sauce. I'm done at this Point. (Pete) the manager need to be Gone. Period't Finally we get the ticket...🤔🤔 $89.96 WRONG!!!!° Wasn't Our's. Wasn't even close to what we had. Smh! Just Bad Experience. It's much more. But No Worries Game time is approaching. I Pray that You have a better staff. I would love to continue supporting you and your establishment. You just need better staff and not someone there for just a Pay check. Customer Service is #1.
