What I got of my shake was great. Customer service was horrible. I'm allergic to peanuts. I ordered a Pumpkin Oreo Cheesecake shake, which they specifically state does not have any peanuts or peanut butter in it. Upon receiving my shake I immediately taste that they put peanut butter ice cream in my shake. I take it back up there and tell them it tastes like peanuts. They tell me there's no possible way that it could be peanut butter ice cream, and basically tell me that I'm imagining it and don't offer to fix it at all. I go and sit back down thinking maybe I'm tripping. I take another small bite and then have my girlfriend and her cousin try it. They both taste peanuts. My girlfriend went up there and explained the situation and they gave my girlfriend attitude saying they won't fix it! She went back and forth with the rude lady until she said that she'll replace the ice cream only. Then went on to say that it was OUR job to inform them of my peanut allergy and that they take no responsibility. Didn't think I would have to tell them about my allergy when I purchased something that has no peanuts. They told me that they don't wash their cups and that the cup had peanut butter in it from the last shake they made, it wasn't peanut butter ice cream. Not sure which is worse, the fact that they don't wash their cups or the fact that they went on the offensive and tried to blame their mistake on me. The brunette lady was very cool and she went and got me a new thing of ice cream. I then had to discard my entire souvenir cup, and all the oreos on the side of it. Had to throw away the parts of my cheesecake that were touching the peanut butter as well. So basically I got a $16 shake and a chocolate covered oreo. Super overpriced (almost $60 for 3 people) and absolute trash customer service. They would rather you risk death than to do the right thing. Definitely won't be back. Don't waste your hard...

What an absolute bummer of an experience. I’d like to leave a review based on the actual milkshakes but never got that far. After seeing this place multiple times, seeing a family last night in LA Burger with Yard Milkshake t-shirts on, we thought we’d give it a try tonight. We walked in (a few people inside sitting at tables, no one in line) made our way down the line of choices to the register and waited. There was one gentleman behind the register doing something with money but never looked up to greet us, only left, grabbed a drink from the fridge and went to the back. 3 more workers we’re behind the counter talking, making a few milkshakes and also never acknowledged us standing there. Another 2 employees emerged from the back, walked right in front of us at the counter, grabbed a few things and preceded back to the back. We started to laugh at this point thinking it must be a joke, not one person out of 5 employees had even acknowledged us being in the store. After 4 minutes of standing there and being completely ignored we decided to just leave and run by Andy’s for a quick milkshake. I’m just dumbfounded that someone can walk into an establishment, stand there for 4 minutes and be completely ignored by 5 separate employees. You service $15+ milkshakes, come on, your customer service has to be better than this. Or maybe not. Sad because we really wanted to try this place, but sadly not sure we will ever try again based on...

If you're a milkshake and dessert lover, you definitely need to come here! The brookie batter monster shakes were delicious, nicely crafted, and aesthetically pleasing. The prices are steep, but you can definitely share one of the monster shakes with someone and the ingredients seem to be high quality. The brownies and cookies didn't taste like the typical mass produced and overly sweet stuff. They had a nice taste and were soft. The service was great as well! We were immediately greeted and were explained how to view the menus and had all of our questions answered very kindly. We were also checked on after receiving our milkshakes. I've been to another The Yard location in another city before visiting this one and the service here was significantly better than the other location. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they charge $2 extra for the lids for the glass jars and I do not appreciate that. The other location give lids for free. I would expect the lid to be included for free since the jar is included with the shake so I would expect for the lid...
