I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience at Krsh Burgers, I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share how incredible this place is, and not only was the food fantastic, but the service was exceptional, thanks to their incredibly friendly and cheerful manager! If you're looking for a place that serves delicious comfort food with a side of warm hospitality, this is it. The menu is packed with all the comfort food favorites: juicy burgers, crispy fried chicken, succulent rotisserie chicken, flavorful rice, and crispy fries. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
Burgers: These burgers are among the best I’ve ever had. The patties are perfectly juicy, cooked to perfection, and loaded with fresh toppings. The buns hold everything together without getting soggy, and each bite is full of flavor!
Fried Chicken: The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The seasoning is spot-on, giving the perfect crunch without being too greasy. An absolute must-try!
Rotisserie Chicken: The rotisserie chicken stole the show! It was incredibly tender, with perfectly crispy skin and a beautiful char. Each bite was packed with flavor, making it one of the highlights of my meal.
Rice: The rice was a pleasant surprise, seasoned to perfection and a great pairing for the chicken. Saffron rice is flavorful, it adds the perfect touch to your meal.
Service: The food was incredible, but the highlight of the visit was the manager. From the moment we walked in, the manager greeted us with a big smile and made sure we felt right at home. They were friendly, cheerful, and truly made our dining experience extra special. They checked in on us throughout the meal, offering suggestions and making sure we were enjoying everything. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive service these days, and it really made a difference.
Overall, Krsh Burgers is a fantastic spot not just for the amazing food but also for the top-notch hospitality. The cheerful and friendly manager ensures that every guest leaves with a smile. Whether you're craving a juicy burger, crispy fried chicken, keeping it traditional with rotisserie chicken, this place has something for everyone. Will definitely try other delicacies from the menu next time.
Highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and the service! Definitely a...
Read moreI went around 12:15 pm during lunch and was the only person there, I was surprised by how empty it was. After I placed my order and sat down, a wave of customers entered the restaurant and by 12:30 it was packed. I was very thankful that I came in when I did because it took some time for people’s orders to come out as only one person was cooking in the restaurant. The owner showed up 20 minutes after I ordered with a bunch of groceries and began to expedite food to customers. The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I do hope that the owner hires more employees as their popularity continues to grow and more people will visit with high expectations. I did notice that there wasn’t any particular signage on the front door nor behind the register that suggested that KRSH served halal meat but I was able to briefly speak to the owner and learned that he buys his meat from Crescent Foods. I advised that he put some type of sign or sticker that shows he serves halal meat just to clarify with any curious customers.
Overall Experience: 9/10 Taste: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Presentation: 10/10 Decor: 10/10 Here’s what was ordered:
The Burning Boy: 9/10; $12.49 This burger was decently sized and delicious as it had pickled jalapenos and grilled onions, it reminded me of a Philly cheesesteak but in burger form. It was spicy and the burning sauce had a subtle spice and tang that complimented the flavors. If you love spice then this burger is perfect for you.
The Quarter: 9/10; $10.50 I wasn’t too hungry so I decided to get something small - I like how there is an option to order a quarter, half, and full chicken with sides as an entree. I ordered the quarter with a side of rice and garlic sauce, the chicken was tender and very flavorful. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I rarely eat rotisserie chicken but was delighted by the tenderness and overall spiced meat. The rice was quite nice and the garlic sauce wasn’t too garlicky or spicy. I enjoyed the chicken more than the beef and highly recommend trying...
Read moreGood burgers, but overpriced for what they are. Service and atmosphere are lacking. Save half your money and drive down the road to Culver's.
Service: Went in for the first time to try the place out. The cashier excused himself while we were still looking at the menu and asked us to order on the giant touchscreen. I personally don't like having to deal with those for a variety of reasons - which includes what happened with us, and despite better followup they lose a star for this. After putting in our order into the tablet, which while easy enough, was a process for 2 adults & 2 teens, we paid on the tablet and went to sit down. We were then informed - after ordering and paying - that they did not have any of the beverages we ordered. The cashier then had to void out my order and re-enter it without the drinks. This seems like it could have been avoided if he had taken our order in the first place. Ultimately, the manager showed up during this process and offered us bottled water since their soda machine was also not working.
Food: They did bring the food out to us, and the burgers were good. I felt like they were a little overpriced and should have come with a side - like they do at a regular restaurant (chili's, e.g.) at the same price. We did order two sides of fries (1 regular, 1 loaded), as they did not come with the burgers. These were average at best, and tasted like the generic fries you get at the fair shacks. The loaded fries were spicy and had plenty of toppings/sauce and better than the plain ones.
Atmosphere: The decor is typical of newer QSR style restaurant concepts, with brighly painted walls, hard floors, and open ceilings. This was not unpleasant unto itself, but when combined with the overly loud music, it created a somewhat hectic feel to the place when it was hardly busy.
All in all, the place was decent, but not good enough to make me put up with the expected...
