Worst Taco Bell experience! I just went in my family and I ordered a good amount of foot family packs and a few extra items. We ordered 3 chicken chalupas supreme. I hen we got home the tacos in the packs were poorly made. My mom started eating what she thought was her chicken chalupa supreme and she spit it out because it so spicy and asked is it spicy and I said no well I looked at it and it was a spicy chicken flat bread. So my son I have drive all the way back to Taco Bell and I take back the 3 flat breads spicy chicken and a taco and Maryann the manager was so rude she smirked and laughed and was rude! Said then I’ll have to pay the difference even though I brought the food back. We rushed out driving back to Taco Bell and I didn’t take the card my mom used to pay for dinner. I asked her to please make it right that it’s not our fault we are tired and family is together and we are supposed to be eating dinner not running back because our food was wrong. She said NO! I said okay then please refund my food. She was so rude and sarcastic she said to bring all the food back l. In my mind I’m this is a joke what kind of manager treats a customer this way. I looked at the gal who took my order and I said you heard I asked for the Chicken Chalupa Supremes and she said ya but I told you to check the screen. So I looked at the manager and said just please give me the refund for this food I brought in. She said NO! I needed the card my moms card! She just got here from California on a plane and had been traveling. So I took the food and said I need to have the contact info for the district manager. This is just awful all in front of my son. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would! This place has the WORST customer service and a male manager that treats customers with such disrespect! They forgot my #7 meal on May 19, 2019 at 1:19pm, I called and spoke with Onya (spelling?) and was told I could come back and get it anytime. Fast forward to June 11th at 5:30pm, after a long day at work, I went there to get the #7 that was owed to me, that I had paid for and didn’t receive in May, along with $13-$18 worth of other food for my family. The manager shrugged me off and said if I couldn’t provide a receipt he wouldn’t honor the replacement. I explained to him that I was searching through my notes on my phone for the ladies name that I spoke with, he got an attitude like I was wasting his time. I asked him what the lady managers name were, I said it was not a common name, he basically stated that I was lying. I have text messages between me and my daughter from May 19th regarding her missing food, trust me, we didn’t make a grand 2 month long scheme to get a free quesadilla! The manager was so rude, and belittling that I drove off without my order, I got down the street and realized I left with the drink they handed me as soon as I pulled up to the window. I turned around to take the drink back, since I was basically already accused of trying to get “free”items....the drive thru was packed, so I went inside and the manager told me “what do you want, I’m busy” and yelled at me “have a good night!!!” I will never go back to this...
Read moreMy husband drove from Shenandoah ( Tamina Rd@ I45, to your location@ 3103 College Park Drive in the Woodlands, to pick up food for take out, as I'm a Cancer patient, and am pretty much homebound. He ordered 4 bean burritos, and a box of 12 tacos. ($30!) First of all, he got all the way back home, only to find we had been given ZERO Taco Sauce. (after he had specifically asked) What good is $30 worth of tacos. And burritos without taco sauce? During his absence, being hungry, I ate a DRY burrito...and I mean dry...no cheese/no sauce, just a plain tortilla with beans. When he got back home, I could tell he was frustrated. When I asked him why, he said when he returned to the store, informed them that he had just purchased $30 on tacos and burritos, asked for sauce,and ended up with no sauce....had to return, burned gas to get there, and now our food was going to be cold and soggy, WITHOUT a beat, a bag , or anything, was told to go get it himself, from the self serve bar. So he went to the self serve bar, grabbed some up, without as much as an apology, or bag to put them in, (not to mention there were exactly "2" hot packets.....my favorite), He returned home....our $30 worth of food is now cold, and soggy. Im not sure who will get this message, but if its not cooperate headquarters, it will be next!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, if you appreciate good service, and temperature...
