Usually a fabulous place for the Turtle Pecan Sundae. However, our order for the waffle cone we asked for one chocolate scoop one vanilla that was incorrect and when we saw what we thought possibly could be our order just sitting on the counter for five plus minutes while the oh so pretty whipped cream melted away, we questioned, and thought no that's not ours because we asked for two different ice creams. Just when we were thinking that couldn't possibly be our order, our number was called and it WAS our order sitting there melting away. How about y'all call the number when the order is complete and not leave it sit on the counter until it melts. I'm only giving one star because we've been in there when it's been super busy and it's not happened so someone dropped the ball so let's pick it back up... just a thought for all this going around with the covid-19 germ just wanted to remind you all that you had our order and others just sitting at the edge of the counter not only where people were not even a foot away but they were passing to get in line for their drink, so instead of causing a scene and making a big deal we quietly walked out with our order. Read moreWe went to the drive-thru and order one number 3 and we had asked no special sauce on it and the lady at the drive thru said she said thats not how it was made then we asked her if she could take off the sauce and add mustard and bacon instead she replied again that's not how they are made and we told her we understand that's not how they are made and she started to laugh at us over the speaker and we when we pulled up and received our food and when we got home started to eat I had noticed my burger had no bacon on it and had to replaced my bun because it was smothered in so much mustard we called the store and asked for a manager her name was Janay the assistant manager she assured me that she was going to talk to the cook and the lady who took our order Miss Janay was so professional that my attitude changed by the time I got off the phone with her. Read moreThis location asks for names for the order. It also sticks "receipts" to the bags to say the contents inside. I wish your computer system would print the names on those receipts as well since you ask for it anyway. For I had to correct at the window what order I had when paying. Then the cashier gave another employee a hard time telling him that he was "screwing it up" and she started switching bags around. Lo and behold, I got the wrong order. Could not even try to come back and correct it because I would have been late for work. So the other guy had everything correct and had to be told he was messing it all up. 12 bucks is expensive for one meal, it sucks when it's wrong. If you pressure employees to be fast, it doesn't always help us. Take a couple extra seconds to make sure people get their order.
