Potbelly — Restaurant in Thornton

I was pleasantly surprised by our visit tonight. The Chubby and the chicken salad sandwich were both hits. Chili was good, and didn't taste like your typical fast food chili. Mac and Cheese hit the spot. The highlight were the shakes. We ordered one chocolate, and one banana shake. Both were dynamite, and we'll worth the price.

Drive thru was an added bonus for convenience. Did I sit there for longer than expected? Yes. Was it worth the wait? Yes.

All in all, a great experience with friendly service. We will definitely return.

What started off good has gone downhill quickly. Tonight's meal. Two sandwiches, two bowls of soup. The soup was cold. One of the sandwiches was literally three components: Turkey, cheddar, bread. They forgot the cheese.

I can't fix this. I shouldn't need to tell a sandwich shop how to fix this. Because if your store can't get something as simple as only meat and cheese, then there are far worse problems.

So, it was nice while it lasted, but tonight was just layers of stupid for $42. Not going back to waste money on food that shouldn't have been that difficult to...

The sandwich was enjoyable, the pickles are noteworthy, and the service was impeccable!

It was wonderful to go to a place that was ready to make recommendations& take special care of their customers.

I was ordering a hot sandwich but knew I could not eat the whole thing at the restaurant. I asked if half could be hot and half could be cold, they were all too willing to make this happen!

When I was asking for recommendations for a goodie to go with my sandwich, the sweet cashier was johnny on the spot with a couple of ideas.

But the most amazing part of my experience was when part of my sandwich met with calamity, due to no fault of the store, they without hesitation stepped in to save the day.

They took amazing care of me and made it a great experience without a doubt. If you want a sandwich made with love and people who seem to really care that you joined them this day. This is the location for you!

I went to this place on Black Friday with my Girlfriend. I had no idea why it was called Potbelly until I walked in the door and saw a Potbelly Stove on the Floor by the Front Door. I had one of their Limited Time Sandwiches and it was actually very good. The store was clean and it was Considerably Busy but the staff did Amazing keeping up to speed. I will definitely be returning because I really do like this place. I would suggest this for anybody who is tired of the Monotony at Subway and other Traditional Sub Sandwich Shops. The food was very good. I posted a Picture of the Potbelly Stove in case anybody doesn't know what it looks like. The day that I went there was the first time I had ever seen or heard of a Potbelly Stove. Again, Excellent Food and Exceptional Staff are recipe for a 5 star review.I hope to dine here...
