Went into this location just today. The young lady that was working behind the counter told me right away that she was in training and only knows how to make certain drinks and that her co worker would be back in 20 mins. I didnt want to wait so I asked her if she knew how to make vanilla bean frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. She said yes. I told her awesome I'll take them both. Got my vanilla bean frappuccino looked great. Got my caramel frappuccino and it wasnt caramel at all. It was another vanilla bean frappuccino with caramel drizzle. I didnt say anything because one I felt bad for your new employee being by herself. Second she seemed pretty confident and I didnt want to ruin that... the one star rating is because you left a new employee running your store by herself when in fact she doesnt know how to make drinks. I’m a regular at this Starbucks mostly because I shop at that target and I’m addicted to coffee . I love 90% of the team that I have encountered while ordering coffee from them. Only ever got my order messed up once which I went back and they where so kind . They remade my order with no problem at all even made me feel so much better about the whole situation because I felt bad but then I was also irritated . After I left with the coffee I ordered I was very happy at how they handled the situation they apologized and it sounded ginuine. All of the baristas are incredibly nice and helpful. However, this Starbucks charges more for several drinks than other Starbucks - the store is run and operated by target. If you want to half caf some of the drinks they charge you extra. It’s not uncommon to spend an extra $1-$2 here for the same drink at another store.
