My family came down from Orlando to spend time with us. We chose to go to this establishment. Party of 10. We waited 30+ minutes. We weren’t giving the choice to choose a outside or inside table. Very bad miscommunication from the cashier. I have 2 9 year olds, a five year old, a 2 year old and 6 month old. They knew we had kids. We get in the inside only to be told. We’re getting an outside table. While we’re looking at the empty table we could’ve been seated at. A Caucasian family was offered the table. Even though we were there first and told them we didn’t want to sit outside. Everything went up into an uproar. Once we seeing we were being treated wrong because of our skin color. We will not been spending our money with anymore Chill’s establishments. We were treated like dirt and denied service because they wanted to please the Caucasian family. We were told either we eat outside or leave. You need new managers, assistant managers and employees. The ones you have has no respect for people of color, they had very nasty attitudes before we could even express the reason behind wanting to be inside which we shouldn’t have to. Then they choose to call the police on us, but not the Caucasian family that jumped in our conversation while we’re discussing arrangements with the cashier. They caused the uproar but instead everything fell on the “Colored” people as this family said. If they wouldn’t have been interrupting the cashier this could’ve been diffused. But this staff chose to interact and mistreat us. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would from the bottom of my heart. You guys have the most Horrible customer service and unwelcoming hospitality.I have ever experienced . This not even the half. Sarah and Riley are very rude and unprofessional. Read moreMay 15, 2021 Went in to see how long the wait was. No one at hostess desk, no one said anything about she would be right with us. When she did show there was no hello or sorry for the wait. We went ahead and sat in the bar. We were never acknowledged, and it took about 20/30 minutes for a young gentleman to ask what we would like to drink. Never offered menus. Luckily we knew we could use our phones. It took another 20 minutes for our order to be taken by someone else. Needed a refill after we started eating. No one!!!! A busboy I guess came by and I asked who we needed to get another beer. He said your waitress. I told him we hadn’t seen her. He did not go out of his way to find her. Sat for another 15 and I put my hand up hoping to get someone. Finally the waitress showed up and told her what we needed. And a wait for the beer!!! Then here comes a shift manager I believe. He asked what we needed and told him our waitress finally showed up. He said ok and walked away. During all this time this is what I witnessed: a bartender that would help one table outside the bar, looked at us many times but never acknowledged us or asked if we needed something. She was busy socializing! Lots of workers crowed in the doorway of kitchen just talking! Everywhere you looked thats what was going on. A boy with a shirt that said “ team fajita “ go to the To Go window, pull out his phone and run his hands through his hair and go back to kitchen. The one that I believe was in charge was as bad as these “kids” ! For a Saturday night it was the worst service I have ever seen! We were never rude or complained to anyone. Read moreTo be honest, when I first started ordering from the app for lunch and sometimes dinner to-go, I've had nothing but good experiences when picking up my order. Fast forward a year later, picking up an order has been frustrating. I get to the to-go counter, there is no one to be seen. I understand that things can get busy sometimes, but to wait 20min for someone to come to the counter is disappointing. Thing that bothers me the most and it's happened several times, especially recently, I showed up and there are 4 staff members at the counter having a conversation. I'm standing at the counter waiting to pick-up and pay for my order but no one even gives me a glance, just keep going on with their conversation. After 7min has passed, they all just walk off with me standing there at the counter. Haven't even asked for my reasoning for being there. Another 2-4min pass, still no one has come back to the to-go counter. Even had 2 staff members pass right by me and didn't say a word or even let someone know I'm here to pick-up an order.
I can forgive no one being at the to-go counter for awhile, but to be right there at the counter and several staff members are having a private conversation behind the counter and then walk off after their conversation is over and not even try to serve the customer right in front of you at the to-go counter is unforgiveable.
I like ordering here because I can order hours ahead of time through the app unlike some other places, but after this most recent incident, I'm going to have to find somewhere else to go for...
