Waffle House — Restaurant in Tifton

Went to this location (1490). Around 8:41pm Thursday night Feb. 15. My friend ordered an omelet with no cheese. When they brought it out it had cheese. I ordered a well done waffle when they brought the waffle the waitress asked me if it was to done. I told her yes cause it was black.so she asked if I wanted another one, I told her yes. They mad another one . Neither of the waffles was a full size waffle. They was the size u buy out of the freezer department at the grocery store. As for the omelet it made my friend sick cause she is allergic to cheese. She did not even get to eat her meal . We will never give our business there on night shift again.day...

First let me say I do a lot of traveling and eating at Waffle House. I am from this town and have ate at all three locations. I will have to say at this point this is by far the worst I have ever been to. The server never came back to our table unless called and I had to call him three time to finally get a refill. He left my steak on the counter and when he did bring it to me it was cold. Then never seen him again. The cook doesn't have the best cooking skills. My hash browns were almost burnt. Saw a dog in a vehicle in 80 degree weather in the Waffle House parking lot. Wasn't sure how long it had been there so I asked management to take care of it. They had no Corporate policy, so I found the owner and the situation was resolved. Called Corporate since they had no policy and to my surprise the regional manager called me back and said they would work on a local (Tifton, GA area) until they could work out a national policy.
