Starbucks — Restaurant in Tigard

7.6.22 UPDATE This location appears to have gotten rid of the barista mentioned in my prior review and it's like a whole new Starbucks in the morning!! The ladies who work there now are lovely and very willing to work with me on whatever issue arises. The other day I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong Starbucks location and they made my order for me anyway without charging me again. What a great turnaround. This is a great example of a corporation willing to listen to their customers and make change for the better! The red haired barista at this location is awful. She was socializing with another barista when I asked if she could cut the breakfast sandwich in my mobile order in half. She looked down at it and after five seconds said….”Yeah…” like I had just rudely interrupted her conversation. I’ve had bad experiences with her before and know of others who have said the same. In general they are not helpful at all here when things are incorrect on the app. Even if they can’t do anything about it all I get is, “Well everything looks accurate on our end.” Ugh! Do yourselves a favor and go to the location...

I ordered a strawberry refresher, and the one I received was obviously different from the usual ones. I repeatedly confirmed whether strawberries were added, and the answer was that the strawberries were blended. So it looks as clear and pink water? Did Starbucks upgrade its machine to crush strawberries to be transparent? Finally, someone made me a new one, and they looked so different, but she said the difference was due to time. I can see the difference after only buying it a few times, and I don’t believe that the staff who have to make countless cups every day can’t see it! I can fully understand that everyone makes mistakes, but they absolutely refuse to admit their mistakes and lie with their eyes open. It's across the street from my work, and gets uber busy, but they have the place collated and get your order to you, lickety split. They don't mess up my tea with cold milk and insist on giving me a latte like most Starbucks and they're able to grasp the concept that milk does not have to be frothed to go in a drink. You hear that Boones Ferry Store?? As an added bonus - they don't laugh at my overindulgence of 9 Splendas in my tea. (It's my only vice) They're all always happy, conversational and upbeat and they have a donation box for coffee for the deployed soldiers, which I never see at any other Starbucks, and that makes my heart happy. Go there and see for yourself, and while you're there, get a bag of Pike's for the troops in...
