Magic Wok — Restaurant in Toledo

Ordered online and had door dash deliver. The food was ready and even delivered incredibly fast. Unfortunately, it wasn't good at all.

I ordered the General Tso's w/ extra sauce, extra rice, and no broccoli. I also "made it a meal" and added a drink and an egg roll on the side, per their online app suggestion. I NEVER order broccoli from MW because its always the most disgusting color of yellowish-brown. Yet, here it is. Inedible as usual. My rice didn't even come close to filling the container like its supposed to. It was just a scoop to one side of the dish. With the "extra" rice I ordered, I had maybe a few spoonfuls more rice than a standard order should have. At least they got the extra sauce...but there wasn't enough rice to justify it. Idk why clear sodas suck up the mold floating around inside of fountain drink machines, but I literally took one small taste and poured the whole drink down the sink. Even in clean machines, Sprite tastes awful, but this tasted like someone just mixed a spoonful of mold into my drink.

The eggroll was fine. Its the only reason this review has a score above 1. I gave my dasher a 25% tip for their work. But I think I'm quite done ordering from any Magic Wok ever again. The stuff they put out should literally be criminalized ...and OSHA would probably say it already is. How do they even stay open serving literal trash like this?

So being a door dasher and entering this place and showing and proving I have the order they proceed to tell me it was picked up already so I called the customer I was picking up for to tell them the issues that was going on and they said no that there dasher was my wife and that it said we was to pick up the order I walked back into the restaurant to tell them like hey look she's saying she never got her food it's not saying it was picked up and so on and they called me a liar and repeated they would not remake the order so the customer had called in stating she ordered door dash and we was there to get it and they hung up the phone with the lady and still was very rude and nasty I had then talked to the customer telling her she had to report it to the door dash corporation and tried walking her threw it and the restaurant people continued to be rude and say...

This place is Terrible! Its a franchise so this was last resort to be heard! I go in and order a pick 2 with veggies not rice (1.00 extra) I get back to work open my box to find it only filled 1/3 of the way I literally paid 9.00 for a portion of food fit for a small child. 4 pieces of sweet n sour chicken is what was givin in my box! So I called and the owner said its a combo plate not a regular plate you only paid for that much chicken, no a combo plate should be the same portion of meat just 2 different kinds! This place,was a RIP OFF! save your money the owner is out just make a buck off smaller portions instead of bringing back customers with good business and...
