So unfortunate 😑!!!!!!!!! we went here for a coffee to take on our walk immediately walking in I was absolutely in love with the color layout and design it reminds me of a lovely coffee shop in Chicago! I was beyond excited to see such a beautiful coffee shop here in Toledo I walked around noticing each detail big and small whoever has decorated did an exceptional job BUT unfortunately even though I was in love with the shop and wanted to make it my #1 coffee stop I was given HORRIBLE SERVICE I grabbed a menu and my fiance and I looked through I went to the counter there was one other person ordering a coffee so I waited patiently that took quite awhile… then the girl making coffee didn’t even come over to take my order after she finished making the other customer’s coffee & a guy noticed that so he came to take my order he was kind the machine asked for a tip I left one probably shouldn’t have until I got my coffee my fiancé used the bathroom I noticed the two girls behind the counter were both on heir phones showing eachother their phones laughing really honestly cracking up having a great time together the guy that took my order came out of the back to grab a mop this is my first inclination that my order is not important and has been forgotten I went to the pickup counter and waited for several minutes as the two girls continued to laugh and talk to eachother mind you I’m the ONLY customer ordering and waiting then I realized my parking meter was only for a short time and I really needed to be going it had been almost 40 minutes inside the coffee shop at this point so I said to them are one of you making my order because my meter will be up soon and they both looked at me confused like I was speaking another language one of them proceeded to ask my order 4 separate times why I had to keep repeating it I do not know but she had the most odd attitude as if I was in the wrong for asking who was going to be making my order it was very upsetting to me because this is the first time we have gone out into public as a family I was shocked and completely upset that I had to wait so long for two lattes very upsetting to say the least possibly need better workers or people that actually care about the customers getting...
Read moreThis has easily become my favorite coffee shop in the area. Cafe is spacious with beautiful decor.
The lattes are well made and the food is reasonably priced, varied and delicious.
The best part is the kid friendly nature of the cafe. There are many high chairs and a seperate kids area with toys for your little ones while you enjoy your coffee next to them.
I loved my first visit so much I contacted the owner asking if i could host a little celebration brunch for my toddler and her friends. The staff was extremely accommodating and the little girls all enjoyed their kids meals along side us moms.
I love this addition to...
Read moreI stopped in the week they opened while I didn’t have my kiddos with me, and to my surprise, I found this is the coffee shop I SHOULD have my kids with me when I visit! There is a play room for kids! Next time, I’m taking them! I’m so excited! I’ve always wondered why no one has done this. Thank you!! Also, the entire atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming—flowers everywhere, friendly baristas. I ordered a pistachio latte and it was delicious! Actual pistachios in it! You’ll spend $6 or $7 on a latte, but where isn’t that the case now? Will try drip coffee next time I’m there and...
