Brought in a coat for cleaning and repairing. The owner said it would take about 2 months, and that he would give me a call when it was done. I had to prepay. He said the coat in new condition would be worth about $2000. I prepaid, never got a call back. I have made muliple phone calls to follow up. It's about a year later, and I still don't have my coat.
