VITO'S serves old brown salads and uncooked pizza and then the management tells you rudely they do not want you as a customer because THEY cannot do their job - it is very unprofessional and this business needs to be shut down immediately as VITO'S IS A HEALTH HAZARD. RAW UNDERCOOKED FOOD MAKES PEOPLE ILL - BAD SERVICE JUST MAKES IT WORSE. DO NOT SUPPORT VITO'S THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE GOOD PIZZA, SALADS. THE LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. BE ADVISED THE MANAGERS ALL THINK THEY OWN THE LOCATION AND ACT IN THE MOST RIDICULOUS WAY WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS AN ISSUE AS THEY SAY THIS IS WHAT THEIR OWNERS HAVE ADVISED THEM TO SAY. THIS IS TRUE AT LEAST 3 LOCATIONS WE ARE AWARE...

OMG ! I tried to return a salad with brown lettuce and they wanted me to actually pull out the bad lettuce with my finger and show it to them - Which I did - I stopped at 10 pieces but was told I could have easily picked out the 4 brown lettuce pieces and eaten the rest. No thank you! They refused to give me a refund even though I returned the bad food and I was told they made it fresh this morning. I was told I was not wanted as a customer. Accept the food and like it or get out!

My drivers name was Dillon amd nate they were so nice to me when they brought me my food to me. If there is anyone I recommend for delivery I recommend my driver that I had. They will make sure everything is golden with your food before he takes off. Also I would like to say Haley one of the managers there is one of the best she makes sure everything is correct with your order before she puts it through for the kitchen to make. I think both these two need a solid raise because they value customer service a lot and it shows why I keep ordering back from...
