I have worked in the restaurant business for 4 years. Customer service is the most essential part of running a successful and enjoyable establishment, reguardless where you work. Obviously, this place could not care less about it. I waited a while for a postmates order and called. They said the food was ready and the driver didnt show. When a resturant uses post mates, they are suppossed to confirm the order on their device or phone and then confirm again once the food is ready. My speculation is that they forgot to press "food was ready". That or postmates messed that up. Oh well no biggie. After an hour, I come to find out they got my order wrong. I called back asking for a refund on my order. The gentleman on the phone ,who picked up earlier, rudley and abruptly interrupted me as I tried to explain that they got my order wrong. He kept talling about how its not their fault the order was late and totally blowing off what i was actually calling for. He got angry and hung up on me mid-sentence. I called back and he lies and accusses me of "yelling at him" and make himself out as the marder to make me feel bad. Its 3am. Who the heck is gonna yell this late at night? Im astonished by how rude and selfish this place is. They mess up your order and still manage to treat...

Waitress was condescending towards me. I had a little trouble understanding what she said, which was fine. I repeated some menu options, including a burger, just to verify the order was correct and rather than reading back , but she became argumentative. She cut me off with “Yes, I know, but I’m asking about seasoned fries or regular fries! “ which was a question she never asked before! I felt awful as she kept interrupting what I was saying rather than hearing me.
15 minutes later, there’s still no food, but then she tells me there’s no burgers available.😓I then asked someone who I thought was the manager, and told her his answer, which was “he said there is just no buns. So could I just have the patty?” She cut me off to say the cook told her there was no meat. Ten minutes afterwards I become the stressful center of a disagreement between manager , cook and waitress. I then ask if they could at least bring my son his food😱. It’s been 30 minutes since we were seated!
The manager came out and FINALLY made it right. I ordered something else. But by now I’m fuming😓. No wonder this place only had two stars. Next time I’ll check reviews...
Read moreI usually get an excellent service from this restaurant. Today I had an awful experience with their hostess Karina. A hostess is supposed to make you feel wellcome and comfortable when you get to the restaurant and thank you for the visit when you leave. This person made us feel like we were more like a burden to her then anything else. She got bothered because we asked for booth near the window. She purposely made us wait when she had no waiting time since we were the only ones at the waiting area and the booth was available. To top it off when we left she had the nerve to asked if we had paid for our food. when we pay cash we always leave the money on the table this is not the 1st time we do it. We are regulars to this restaurant and we do it all the time. The restaurant needs to reconsider this person for the position or train her for the job. She new I was unhappy with her service. When I asked her for her name so I could call the manager to let her know the type of service I got from her she reply very sarcastic "My name is Karina have a great day" I left the restaurant regretting not listing to my friends and go to the Country burger on western and Carson just...
