The not so good: I've been there 3 times to find specific games and have yet to leave with the game I wanted. First time. The game wasn't in their system and I was told they couldn't get it. Second time, different game. Only one version of the game in their system (not the version I wanted of course), it's not in stock, they weren't sure when it would be and they don't do special orders so they can't get me the version I want. Third time, different game, same result. Only one version in their system, not sure when it will be back in stock and no special orders.

I would love to be able to support the store and buy stuff from them but if they don't have the things I'm interested in AND they are unwilling to get it for me then why should this be the first place to look when...

I was there looking to purchase some cards from their binders and the gentleman who was at the front register told me that they except Japanese Pokémon cards since they do have a binder that they sell cards individually. So the next day I take in a bulk of Pokémon cards a the binder of Japanese Pokémon like the gentlemen in the front told me they. Except I get a call few days later an a voicemail was left saying to come pick up my cards cause they don’t take foreign or bulk. Even though I recently got a bulk of cards priced the week prior an that they only take full art or holos. but if she would of looked in my Japanese binder an in the bulk cards I brought, there are plenty of full art and holos in there that could of been priced. I love this store so much. Every-time I come to visit California I make sure to stop by and purchase some trinkets and such for my travels. But today (May 20th) I witnessed a manager yell at an employee, in a truly horrific and unpleasant manner. She told the poor employee that wearing a hat is not professional when in fact he was in what I would consider more than proper attire for a game store! That older lady was the most unprofessional person in that store considering there was no attempt at a whisper, private conversation, or covering up with other noises. She flat out yelled at him with customers in the store nearly making me not purchase anything from there in the first place.
