Crispy on the outside batter, juicy on its thick meat; the quality of the katsu at Nuna rivals all the premium gourmet katsu houses I visited throughout SoCal. Having lived in Koreatown and near Little Tokyo while visiting many restaurants that specialize pork cutlets, my taste for pork and chicken katsus have been relatively high and picky. After having moved to PV recently, I have been searching for new spots to fill my crave for those deep fried meats, all leading to disappointments.
