Pretty unimpressed with this place. The saleswoman did a good job of suckering my wife into picking out a ring that was $600 over my budget. I caved since I can't be the bad guy that tells his wife no to a wedding ring, maybe my bust there.

Anyways, I found out today that the financing isn't like your typical financing. You have a credit card. Now I promptly shredded it as I have no intention of having more than one but where it bothers me is that I was assured that this is just financing and NOT a card (because I expressed my desire to not have more than one). After telling me it wasn't a card I signed the paperwork.

When I went to start payments on the ring I found out that they didn't actually give me the account number I needed. They said it would be mailed to me when I called. After a few days I called again and I found out they had sent it to the wrong address (not even close to mine). Luckily, I got it a couple days before my payment was due.

Now, the setup process. It is by far the worst payment setup I've ever experienced. You can't use your credit card (I wanted to get $2600 worth of miles over the next year) because it only draws directly from bank accounts.

I would avoid this company. They have non-customer friendly policies and seem to but out to siphon ever dollar they can from you. I will never shop...

Wow! What can I tell you. From start to finish my experience at the Del Amo Mall location with Francisco and his team was wonderful. Shopping for an engagement ring is a very delicate and nerve-wracking experience. From the moment I stepped inside the store, Francisco made me feel very welcome and at ease. I told him that I was looking for an engagement ring and he promptly asked me questions and had a couple of options that fit the bill.

Francisco is a wonderful salesperson and manager. I didn't feel pressured or judged at any moment. Francisco mentioned that if at any time within 30 days the ring went on sale, he would gladly make a price adjustment... and let me tell you he is the real deal! A gentleman and man of his word! Sure enough within 2 weeks the ring went on sale. One phone call is all it took, Francisco remembered me and went ahead and did the price adjustment over the phone.
