I've ordered here several times and I usually have had a great experience. Today my fries were hard and cold, the canes sauce was cold which made the chicken tenders cold, the bread was stale, my lemonade was overly bitter and unfortunately had a gnat inside. I'm driving and drinking my lemonade, i look down and I'm like WTF is this floating around inside of my cup. It was a gnat. My daughter was like just take it out... I was so upset because I didn't have time to return any of this because my 9yr old gets out of school at 2pm and I would have been late. Not to mention the drive through person was too busy talking to see that there were people waiting for their orders to be taken. She definitely needs customer service skills coaching. Hopefully this situation was a one time occurrence.

Raising Cane's is a great spot for a quick and tasty lunch! I know they just opened and i work down the street. I ordered the Box Combo and it totally hit the spot. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the Cane's sauce was just awesome – it's rich, tangy, and addictive. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was; from the cashier to the folks in the kitchen, everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs and made me feel welcome. I hope this is due to how they treat their staff. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for some good chicken and positive vibes.

Wanted to give it a try, heard canes was good. I'd say it was ok. Tenders smaller than they look in their ads. Fries are little pieces. Their sauce is good They have a park then order drive thru system as well as mobile app pickup

I ordered curbside pickup because I have a toddler and baby and can’t leave them in the car to get food. This location doesn’t have a drive through. After waiting over 10 minutes past my pickup time, I finally ran to the order window to ask about my food. The girl at the window responded “There’s no one outside and I don’t go out there.” I stood there stunned and then when she said and did nothing else I said, “okay… can I have my food?” She then asked for my name and then went to get it.

If they aren’t going to do curbside pickup, there shouldn’t be an option for it while ordering. If it was a special circumstance (like how it was a rainy day, although it wasn’t raining when I ordered/was there) , they should at least put up a sign saying to come up to the window! The car next to me had been waiting even longer and when they saw me get my food they went inside too. The girl at the window also was rude and not helpful. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Skip this location! It’s worth the drive to Gardena location that has better service, and better tasting food. Tastes more fresh, less soggy, and overall a...

First time having raising cane’s and the food was alright! I got “The Box Combo”. The chicken was moist - maybe too moist because the breading wasn’t really crispy, but the flavor was pretty good. The fries were a bit more underdone than I have liked as well, more on the soggier side. The coleslaw was a good palate cleanser and the toast was nice and fluffy though!

BUT barring the food, the reason why I gave this location 5* was because of one of the workers. She was an older woman with grayish hair in a braid, wearing a pink shirt (on June 8) and she was just the SWEETEST! She was so friendly and energetic for every customer she greeted from the first interaction to the last. She even remembered my name when I asked for a to-go box 🥹 It’s really the little interactions that make your day and I would literally go here again just for her. Give this woman a raise, she...

Personally everything is made fresh, though i could say it could be better, fry food whenever customers arrive, don’t fry them ahead of time or have them sitting out in the heating lamp, vista CA cane’s always hot, fresh, out of the frying basket fries and chicken! Here at this location half way there about the same but could do better, the dining room big, nice and clean, i think this is the biggest raising cane’s so far compared to Hawthorne, but everything here is great no complaints, less people come here everytime i go which to me is a good thing because i can eat in peace lol, nice staff too! I think this place got potential. ALSO LIKE EVERY OTHER RAISING CANE’S OPEN AT 9AM AND YOU GUY’S OPEN AT LIKE 10 OR 10:30 OR EVEN 11! ALWAYS AN HOUR LATER THEN OTHER CANES, I LOVE THIS CANE SPOT BUT YALL GOTTA...
