When the manager is not on duty the staff seem to not respect the customers or keeping the restaurant clean ,especially when it comes to restocking the paper napkin dispenser and also there was stickiness all over on the soda dispenser. The new manager took over a few months ago he's been busting his butt in training these people and I've seen it when I've been there. What is disheartening is I see the staff at least the other day that I was there a few days ago, appear to disregard what he was teaching them. Tim who I place an order with apparently has forgot about military discounts and senior discounts he needs to be re-educated. He told me that he's better for 3 and a half months and he's never had to deal with that. How big the difference because I remember seeing him when I was there in December and I do not remember if he took my order back then but I know he was working today I was there so ignorance is bliss... Not. I will tell you that the manager does a great job and the staff will step up but when the manager is not there they seem to just blow everything off especially when it comes to restocking the napkins or general cleaning of the area. Read moreSadly the past few times we have gone to this Arby's they have got our orders wrong with one or more things evwn when we are not going at busy times like a lunch rush. My husband still loves the mozzarella sticks there but the last 2 times we gor them, they were frozen in the middle.
We always get our food to go bevause the inside of the place is nasty. The drink machines always look gross and like they have not been cleaned.
The only rninf you can reliably get good there are the curly fries but i can't evwn tell you how many times I've payed for a side of cheese and get home and there is no cheese in the bag. They are a rip off.
The one time i was there the GM or another higher up was there and he was so incompitent he got the order wrong 3 times and a regular shift leader had to come apologize to us and bring us our food afywr such a long wait. They offered us a free dessert my husband said cherry pies and the dumb GM gave us chocolate ones which we threw out.

Read moreTerrible. Wanted breakfast and when I got it everything was very cold. Went back through the window and told them, the lady said " everyone keeps saying that". Clearly if " everyone" has been complaining about the food being cold, something's not right. So she made fresh food and this time the food was not what I had ordered. It wasn't a biscuit it was a croissant which I don't like and instead of the MIA orange slice of cheese there was some kind of white sauce on it that tastes like sour cream and yogurt mixed. 🤢 The potato wedges were very hot but unless you want to go to the dentist to get your gums stitched up, don't eat them.
