Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

This is by far the worst run Baskin Robbins franchise I've ever visited in Rockland, Westchester, northern NJ, and NYC. Employees are clueless and rude. It seems the owner creates a new stupid rule every time I go. First they demanded coupons only with an additional, undiscounted purchase. No other location does. Next they refused to accept multiple T Mobile Tuesday coupons in the same transaction. Everyone else does. Then they refused to scan printed T Mobile Tuesday coupons, only in the app directly. Every other location does. Some people have older phones that can't run the clunky app. I reported this location to corporate customer service at least twice, apparently to no avail. This busy Baskin Robbins made time for me and my very specific cake request. Manager Silvia offered to do it by phone but I decided to go in. Silvia worked with me and explained just what could be done for my daughter's cake, including her particular special requests.
