Just discovered this new coffee shop in Rockland County and it’s already my top favorite! The coffee is incredibly smooth with absolutely no bitter aftertaste — just rich, well-balanced flavor from the first sip to the last. You can tell they use quality beans and take pride in how they brew. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to start the day or take a midday break. Really delicious coffee here and amazing service! I went to try it out today and there was a small gathering so it was a bit loud. I was flustered but the barista helped me choose a great drink, and offered free oatmilk when I looked indecisive about my choices. One of the owners was also making drinks, and he snuck in an extra shot for my brown sugar shaken espresso - which mind you was absolutely delicious! I'm a big coffee connoisseur and was excited to try out this new spot! Right away the workers (dark skinned and light skinned men) were arguing and the vibe in the cafe did not feel welcoming. I felt very bad for the light skinned male because it looks like he was being belittled. I ordered a latte and an almond croissant. The oatmilk latte was very watery, not the best latte I've had compared to other coffee shops. The shop also blasts Spanish music obnoxiously so this isn't a place to study/work or conversate.
