Somewhere between an iHop and a Cracker Barrel. Had an off day so I took to having breakfast out, stopping in at Jimmy's Egg which I drive by all the time leaving work and heading home. Today I finally made the trip just to eat here, and I got to say, I was not disappointed. Arrived around 10AM to find the place pretty bumping, but being a party of one gave me plenty of seating options; which was self seating so I quickly found a table in a corner. Within minutes a waitress was checking in on me and taking my order, going with a decaf coffee, the Berry Belgian waffle, and the Traditional Breakfast which came with a choice of meat, two eggs, and two sides. (I went with turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese) Service was fast and I had my meal in less than 10 minutes, with a refill on my coffee shortly thereafter. Everything was delicious too! The hash brows were tender and lightly fried, the eggs were soft and needed no salt or pepper, the bagel was surprisingly fluffy for being toasted and had plenty of cream cheese to spread, and the turkey sausage patties were meaty and ever so lightly spicy. Of course the waffle was next, and what a way to end my meal! It came with just the right amount of syrup, plenty of fresh strawberries and blueberries, and a dollop of whipped cream. It was cooked perfectly, had a kind of hazelnut flavor to it, and filled me right up. Very happy. All together the total did come to a little over $30, a little steep for a single eater, but the atmosphere of the place was comparable to a classier iHop and the service was much like my previous experiences with a Cracker Barrel; fast, friendly, and efficient. So I vibe with the price tag. Finally I would like to say that Melody was a great waitress and made the experience all that better, even the girl who brought out my order, who was not Melody but I failed to get her name, complimented me on my appetite saying "I had ordered quite the feast." Thank you.

Hey guys. Been here on 2 occasions and the only thing I can say is the place is phenomenal. I live about an hour and 20 South Of this restaurant and I will stop here every single time on my way up North. On 2 occasions I've been here I've never had bad service yet. And talk about speedy. I think these guys are faster than McDonald's LOL. When it comes to preparing the food every single time I've been here the waitress is right on top of things the minute you walk in the door they are there to greet you and treat you like your family. So far I've had Mel and Valerie as my servers These 2 ladies are rock stars and I again have never had bad service bad food or anything bad in this restaurant. If you are traveling in the Clifton Park area or up North make Jimmy's egg. Your first stop for breakfast in the morning because it's the only place that knows how to do it right. And you must try the cinnamon roll pancakes they are amazing! As always have fun with what you're doing and keep it real because you know I do with each and every review. You're truly The real deal.

We went here for the first time this morning for breakfast. For a sunday morning, it was busy but we were surprisingly able to get right in. Our server was polite and efficient. We noticed on the specials board that mimosas were served, so we ordered 2 of those. They were big and worth the 8.99 they go for. The menu was large with many different options so it took us awhile to decide on what we wanted. I went for the baja omeltte which included avacado, bacon and cheese. You get to pick 2 sides with it so I went for home fries and a cinnamon bun. The home fries were fresh and you could tell they were made right there with chopped potatoes. The cinnamon bun was good however, I could tell it had been microwaved as it was a bit hard to chew in certain areas. My fiance went with the chicken fried steak. He enjoyed it-- saying it was very tender and juicy. We saw waitstaff cleaning and staying busy as we ate. Our server continued to check in on us to ensure we were satisfied and didnt need anything. Overall, the experience was great and we will going back.

I've been coming here for well over 5 years and never have any problems except for when Holly if that's her name with the pink shirt who says she's the "owner" of the establishment is there. Last time was when I ordered sausage gravy with a biscuit with added lettuce, tomato and cheese over it and she kept coming over to me to find out exactly what I wanted so I told her over and over biscuit with gravy and some lettuce tomato and cheese over it (not the first time I've ordered it, the other lady who works there with her son is the one who usually takes care of us and she is amazing👏) that time she got extremely upset and started cursing us out. Today I asked her if the oatmeal was actually oatmeal because it was a solid block that the server couldnt even get it out the pot, she gave us an attitude and asked, is it for you? ( not going to order that now) then she gave us the wrong order (wasn't upset), then proceeded to give the waitress an attitude infront of us for making a mistake, we were not upset about it (unprofessional, could have handled it with a better attitude). Then she gave us 2 small plates that were DIRTY we watched the lady at the window with the long extensions take food off a plate, wipe it and put it on the clean stack of plates (GROSS) when we told her our plates were dirty she snatched the plates and put someone else's food on the plates after our hands had been all over it and was talking over it which we all know well about saliva droplets plus it was already dirty (GROSS), she was behind the counter with 4 tickets but acting like her whole window was full of tickets. After that we said we are not eating there anymore, we are leaving so she wants to proceed to tell us to get out while raising her voice. That she has told us before not to come back and that she will call the cops on us if we don't leave (never herd her say that. If it were true she would have asked us to leave the many times she seen us there before, as she said she recognizes us from the time she could get biscuits and gravy right) I asked her if she's the manager (since thats what she said last incident) and she said she's the owner. Some owner who feels comfortable cursing customers out who's been patronizing your restaurant for years. I'm guessing she doesn't like to be wrong. As an owner myself, I would never curse a customer out for pointing out gross things. (She's the definition of making yourself look busier than you are. It's no wonder the staff has told us they don't like working with her. I just wanted...
