So, I come to this location very often and there is a huge discrepancy in the serving size. Whenever I go there and order tacos I get a completely different amount depending on who is serving it. There is a young woman who makes amazing bowls, burritos, tacos etc and always puts the same amount of meat.
But the other young man employee? If you want your money's worth for your food- I recommended requesting a different employee to prepare your food. I have to ask THREE times for additional ground beef in my taco (all I get is ground beef and lettuce, no beans or rice) and every single time the man gives me 1/4 of the spoon, so little it doesn't even cover the taco shell.
I first thought he was joking when he put the initial amount of meat because it was laughable. Then I asked for more and he sprinkled a tiny bit more and I had to ask AGAIN? And I wasn't asking for much!!! The young woman who makes my taco does a half full to full spoon per taco, this man did 1/4 spoon....and I go here often so by now I'd think they would recognize my face and order by now but it's the same issue every time.
Also, the temperature of the meat is always a hit or miss. Some days I swear it's only 90-110F (I used to work in food service and tempting hot food was part of my job). The only saving grace is, I eat there early so it's not out of temp for more than 4 hours but I would warn you for eating here later in the day.

Read moreI’m extremely disappointed and honestly angry at quality of my burrito yet again so up until one day last week I was going to Moe’s almost every day but then one day the young lady who normally makes my burrito passsed this task to a young man Caucasian with long hair kind of heavy set, everything was fine till it was time to roll the burrito he messed up so bad he said mined if I try again I say please go ahead he gets it a little better well good enough to hold shape. Fast forward today I walk in it’s a young lady who starts making burrito not my usual young lady but it’s not the butcher but once she starts here comes the butcher 😡 he adds the items I ask for to the burrito and attempts to fail again but while I’m watching him play with my food I get a call so I’m half frustrated half mad half annoyed. Last time the butcher was training someone which I think is crazy cus he can’t roll a burrito any way I get the same adobo chicken burrito every time with a cup of queso, the butcher while training a co worker; the previous time rings up white meat chicken which is a dollar more and also charges me for the size above the $4.99cup I point it out he apologized. Read moreWent today(Sunday - 1/9/22) for their kid's eat free day and was told upon entering that they were accepting online orders only. I figured they just wanted to keep their dining area clear as they didn't want to risk having mask-less people around. That would have been understandable, but since I had already driven out and had no prior information to indicate that this would be the case, I asked how long it would take if I ordered on the app and waited in the car and was told it would be at least 15 - 20 minutes. We left, walked to the nearby 5 Guys. and ate their instead.
On our way back to the car we passed Moe's again and there were two tables occupied with people eating without a mask. I went in and asked if they had changed their policy in the last 20 minutes and the employee said that they could eat in as they had ordered via the app.
My question is, what on earth is the desired effect of this rule? On paper it seems like it would be to protect their employee's, which again, would be fine, but then why not just say the dining area is closed and just allow carry out/delivery.
Admittedly, it has been awhile since I've used the app(for the same reasons others have mentioned i.e. smaller portions), but I don't recall it having the ability to positively identify covid cases.
