I’m not surprised to see the rating or reviews for this location. I decided at the last minute to order holiday cards on 12/20 and was delighted to see they would be ready today at approx 8:00 in the morning. I ordered 20 cards on card stock. Well, i should’ve known. My expectations were it is close to Christmas there’s probably a lot of orders ahead of me so i would be patient and thankful just to be able to get some good quality cards made on such short notice. At about 12:00 when I wasn’t getting the impression they were in process i called the store and listened to the phone ring over and over. then waited on hold. katherine told me they should be done in an hour, but to call before i head over to be sure. right…the next time i call back same thing happens. but i talked to a different woman who did not identify herself and hung up on me mid sentence of asking her for said info. She informed me after another long hold their machine for the photo stock cards is out of ink and they wouldn’t be able to process my order. Not sure who Katherine talked to or why no one reviewed my order until 1:45 the following day or why the website didn’t indicate this machine was not printing. Nevertheless, i ended up canceling my order and to be fair. the gentleman that assisted me with cancelling was the kindest and most informative of them all. I was able to reorder everything at a different location he suggested and they were done in less than an hour! Boycott the Clifton Park location. Read moreThe pharmacy manager Emily, is not only extremely unprofessional, she failed to provide me with both of my prescriptions. When I called to inform her that she neglected to give me both of my prescriptions, she became condescending and claimed that the doctor made an error and sent the prescription to the wrong Walgreens. She rudely cut me off before I could explain that initially yes, it had been sent to the wrong Walgreens, but I had overheard the doctor correcting the error and sending the second prescription to the correct Walgreens. This staff member is extremely condescending, unprofessional, and downright rude. I will NEVER be going to another Walgreens after this.
Also of note is the fact that she refused to give me her full name or title so I could report her to corporate, because she “didn’t feel comfortable.” Which was also inappropriate, as she was clearly implying that I was planning on acting in a… criminal? way with the information, when in reality I just wanted to report her and her treatment of me to corporate. It turns out she’s the pharmacy manager. Rather than try to fix her mistake, she’d rather choose to deflect the blame in this way....
Read moreI see why this location has horrible reviews. Called two days ago to fill a hard to find medication and was told they did have it in stock. Yesterday spent over an hour on the phone on hold trying to get an insurance issue resolved. They kept cycling me on hold and then would disconnect me. I finally got through and was told my medication would be ready for pickup that evening. This am the medication is not ready so I again spent 15 minutes on hold checking on it. THEY DON"T HAVE IT IN STOCK, and haven't for 30 days.! I took my last dose this am and my doctor's office is closed on Fridays so now I am scrambling on a Friday afternoon to find my medication. Completely unacceptable service and would not recommend them to...
