This review is not a reflection of the several friendly and effective employees at this location, rather a specific employee, Julia.
Around 10:00am August 9th, I placed a walk-in mobile order for a mango pineapple refresher. As I waited, my order went from in process to complete on the screen yet my drink was not in the pick-up area. In a friendly manner I asked if my drink was ready. Julia in a dismissive manner said the screens are never correct and made no mention of the status of my drink. I asked and Julia said they were out of mango pineapple refresher. I then requested a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and Julia fired back that they’re all out of refreshers and aggressively said “I just told you that.” I was thrown off by her unwarranted demeanor and requested a refund. Julia refused and walked away. Dawn swiftly refunded me in a kind manner. As Dawn was processing the refund, I clearly heard Julia complaining to other coworkers about me and the interaction.
It’s a shame Julia is customer facing. She should be embarrassed about her lack of professionalism. At no point did she provide an alternative to the refreshers or briefly apologize they were out. Julia only further escalated the issue, of which from my view began as minor. I’m hopeful this is a coachable moment for Julia. She will have a difficult time throughout life if her attitude doesn’t change...

I came here bc they said they closed at 9pm I came at like 7 but ordered on the app which they didn’t have the their store as closed to where we couldn’t order. So we get there and found it was closing early at 8 but doors were locked and everything. We knocked because I just wanted my money back they looked at us and COMPLETELY ignored us thinking we were some Karen or something but all I wanted was my money back I then got upset knocked on drive through window and explained to them I want my money back also it doesn’t say it closed at 7?? She goes “we’re understaff and close an hour early for cleaning” which was confusing bc it doesn’t say online they close at 7 or on the paper they had on the door they didn’t even closed their store down on the app which I know they can do because I know people who work at Dunkin. Read moreI'm getting really sick and tired of going to Dunkin' Donuts in the middle of the afternoon and them being out of donuts or other menu items. I went to this Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they were out of bagel twists. So I asked for a glazed donut. And guess what? They didn't have anymore. I'm gonna assume that they either don't know their traffic patterns and do not order enough for the day, or the staff is just too lazy to bring it out or make more bagels.
I am also extremely frustrated when I receive something that was in their toaster oven, and it tastes like burnt plastic. I happen to know that if they removed the paper liner after every other order, that nasty disgusting flavor would not be ingrained in the food.
