First off I didnt want to give this rating . I have a respect for the wonderful employees at this store and I treat them very well. I eat here usually multiple times a week and Ive spent thousands at this restaurant not only because I like the food but because the servers are wonderful and so are the store managers and really anyone that works works here does a wonderful job. My problem is not with the store but with the online ordering system and the corporate manager that handled my issue. I ordered a 2 for 20 last night online for pickup . I went to pick it up and once again employees great. Problem is when I ordered online, the website decided that it was going to charge my account for the same purchase 5 total times . It went from a 25 dollar bill to over 100 dollars . The charge overdrafted my account and I got charged with a fee . I called the corporate office because it's not the stores problem they aren't responsible for thei website. I get a manager so he claims and the manager basically told me not to worry and that my money would be returned to me in a about 7-10 buisness days. I said I can't go ten days with no money especially during a pandemic which the manager replied that it more or less wasn't his problem and that I would have to contact my bank even though it's not their fault . I wonder if Applebee's realizes they can be sued for this kind of behavior. More or less if you over charge a customer especially during a pandemic you should take care of your customer . I wasn't looking for a free meal . I was looking for five false charges to be reimbursed so that I don't need to go through my bank and wait over a week to get my money back. My bank manager said all they needed to do was refund the charges and it would only take a day . But since the manager refused to it was going to take five days for me to receive a refund. So now I sit here with an overdrafted bank account and have to wait over a week to get my money back during a pandemic that is already hard on all of us especially with money . I'm extremely dissapointed In this company . I work for a multi billion dollar retail company and if we did this kind of thing and then refused to help the customer we would be in big trouble. Hey sorry customer I know we charged you five times fraudulently but it still isn't our problem . It's yours and you need to call your bank and beg them to overturn charges even when we haven't refunded them yet. Moral of the story is ... I wouldn't order online I would reccomend calling the store to place your orders. Because if there is any false charges through the website they will do nothing to help you with it . They won't even offer a refund when they can clearly see it is fraudulent. The manager agreed with me by looking into the charges ... He just had no interest in helping me with it .    Read moreThe food was good, but our table was dirty and the staff was so annoying. Some other waitress kept coming over and telling us and other people that our waitress was in training so she was âjust checking on us.â The girl in training was not doing anything wrong, we literally wouldnât have even known she was in training if not for the other waitress pointing it out repeatedly. We heard the people behind us awkwardly go âokay?â when they were told their waitress was new, which is about how we felt. On top of that when we came in some guy told us about a pancake fundraiser theyâre having for a local kid, and then just 20 minutes after that some random girl we hadnât seen before comes over and starts telling us about it again. So I straight up tell her that we were already told about this fundraiser - And she still continues to go on about it! She tells us that sheâs not even a waitress but theyâre having a competition over who can get the most people to donate to the kid, and says sheâs âwinning.â Weâre both kinda just like âalright, good for you.â But she keeps going, saying how they âwant the bestâ for the kid, etc etc. THEN she wanted to talk about the piercings me and my cousin had/what she wanted to get. Both of us just wanted to be left alone to eat our food lol. Youâd think saying âwe were told about that when we came inâ woulda been enough to get her to leave. It wasnât! Then when we were ready for the check they all were suddenly not around. Finally the lady who was supposedly training the newer one came and asked if we wanted dessert or the check. We said âjust the check, pleaseâ, she says âokay.â About five minutes later THAT SAME WOMAN who just asked us that comes back with the trainee and says âare you guys ready for the check?â ??? We assumed she was getting the check and thatâs where she was since she just asked that. Nope, she apparently asked if we wanted it and then forgot/didnât actually listen to our answer? đ¤Śââď¸ I can cope with wait staff asking if your food is okay, but people wouldnât leave us alone for even a few minutes. You should not need to sit through entire lectures from multiple people on top of being âchecked onâ just to eat a meal - Especially when one of those is just a random person trying to guilt you into donating money. It was so obnoxious that we wanted to not tip at all, but we left $5. We will go to a different location if we ever do an Applebees dinner again. Yesterday we decided to try Applebees again after a bad experience a few months ago. This time unfortunately was no different. When we got in, bar was packed but atmosphere was nice. Finally got a table after not waiting long. We ordered, and then it started. My friend orders the steak, boyfriend got the stuffed rigatoni and I ordered brisket tacos. The tacos were not appealing to the eye, not much flavor. Seemed they have been sitting for a while. The "steak" was NOT a steak. It was a processed piece of notmeat that was SO small and overcooked. I thought it was a burger patty! The rigatoni took the cake lol. If you closed your eyes, you couldn't tell the difference between canned Chef Boyardee!! Small portion as well compared to what's shown on the menu. The waitress was nice enough but seemed nervous for some reason. The lady with blonde hair at the bar looked and acted as if she HATED life!! She cannot be behind the bar with that attitude! The other bartender was funny but at one point forgot our order before we were sat, but apologized profusely. The blonde women though, didn't acknowledge me when I was waiting for a drink and then acted like it was an inconvenience that I was even at the bar!! She was straight up mean looking. I mean, c'mon - crack a smile!! Overall, no we won't be back. I can microwave my own canned pasta at home...
