Got two coffees from this location about an hour ago. They were completely un drinkable and had to be thrown away. Could not go back and ask them to re do it because we were already on the road when we began to drink them. My coffee tasted like expired milk and the other tasted like “battery acid”. A complete waste of $10 and will be contacting corporate and demanding a refund. Had to walk out of this location the day before after waiting for 15 minutes while all 5 of the staff should around doing what seemed like nothing. Rude staff on several occasions. Was once told Baskin Robbins was closed for the night because the ice cream was "melting" . It looked perfectly delicious to me. It was 8 at night. Another time I was told that there were no waffle cones simply because they FORGOT to make them and didn't feel like making anymore that night. As far as the dunkin part of the store, very small variety of donuts, usually taste like leftovers. Just the overall experience with staff is disappointing. My wife emailed them and they wrote back.
