10/10 Reccomend !.
Taken in as a walk-in , it wasn’t busy so maybe that was a plus (rainy Sunday)🙂. the overall process was super easy and nurses were straightforward, patient and kind/friendly.
scanned QR code and filled out info gave my ID for a copy they needed nurse gave us a run down on pricing of earrings . Nurse was helpful in telling us that for babies they recommend bell back! And helped us decide the best earring for our girl since she has small earlobes. earrings come prepackaged with the device. no numbing cream for baby but honestly they don’t need it . nurse marked ears and we made sure we liked the placement. one parent sits and holds baby’s forehead with one hand and the other hand goes across the chest to prevent movement. The other parent can distract lol. after the piercing is done you go to check out and are given your aftercare baggie with a booklet which is helpful . Also Stickers,Hair tie, And some lollipops I already finished lol .
recommend having a bottle ready or breastfeed if possible for comfort .
they were so nice they even let me use the back room to change my girls diaper 💩 before we got started. Which is the room we ended up using anyways.
yes of course the baby cried but only for a minute. Right after she got distracted and I walked around the store which seemed to help too. It has now been 2 days since she got them pierced and she has not even touched them or seem to notice they are even there which I was worried about since she’s 8 months old and very active .
Overall 10/10 and would come again . Only thing I wish is that the aftercare bottle that is bought separately $20 came in a mini version lol it’s huge so it is worth the price but I feel I will not be using it all so the product will go to waste .
Thankyou nurse Kailah for being so sweet, patient and kind with my daughter you were very easy going and made us have a laugh. As well as the rest...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE FOR A NEW PIERCING!!! EVER! My earring fell out two times, and I’ve had to get it re-pierced each time. I was on vacation in Colorado where they re-pierced it and put the same jewelry in. I learned the earring was defective after second re-piercing because it fell out again! My earring is continuously swollen and I’ve had migraines because of it.
Rowan (corporate, the girls here are lovely and trying their best) refused to compensate / discount me for the defective jewelry that caused the hole to close. They refused because the 30 day window for a free re-pierce passed, but anyone with piercings, even they say, that it takes months for it to heal. How does that policy make sense? Before contacting corporate, I went to this location and asked for their help in-person and the same thing happened to the girl in front of me too!! I didn’t think requesting a discount or compensation would be so tedious, but it was. I contacted corporate, and their lead customer service person claimed I got my ear pierced, twice, in two locations that I’ve never been to with two completely false dates. I got my first ear pierced at Rowan and the second time pierced in the Colorado mountains.
I’ve never been so angry with a company before and I never write poor reviews. I just don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. The jewelry is so cute but unfortunately the corporation is not and is extremely unhelpful. Don’t go through with your piercing here, and if you do, don’t choose a flat back they’re terrible. And if anything happens don’t expect any sort of...
Read moreMy name is Dallas Forte and this is the the 3rd time I took my 4 year old to Rowan and the service has always been good. However, on 8/25/25, although the nurse was great at doing my daughter's piercing, the young lady at reception lacks tact and should not be in a customer service position. To provide some context, my daughter did her ear piercings there a few months ago but one of the ears got a cut when we were on vacation and to be on the safe side we took it out, allowed it to close so that we can piece it once it was fully healed. My daughter is 4 and understandably, she was afraid of being pierced with the device they use, so it took some time. Our appointment was at 7:45pm. Whilst I was trying to calm my daughter down so she can get the piercing done with the nurse, the customer service rep at the desk tells my wife just to let you know we're closing in 4 minutes....who does that? To describe them both, the customer service rep is a tall Caucasian young lady and the nurse was African American. Please note this is NOT A RACE ISSSUE. IT'S A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE and I didn't have their names. A little patience is required in certain situations and it helps to secure the prestige of the business which she's clearly lacking in. I really hope for future, that more empathy is shown to customers, regardless of how long a day or how tired you are because the the key word in customer service, is SERVICE. Have...
