Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Meh. (1) staff at 7:15 am was quiet and useful. Not greeted until I came to register, despite being only one inside, but rep smiled and was polite upon service. (2) Bathrooms are dirty at 7:15 am- I mean dirty. Women’s floor shouldnt have “water” at front of seat. Cleaners should be fired. They are lying about cleaning the restrooms at night. Staff confirmed lots of complaints but no corporate action. (3) food was tepid. What kind of chicken lays a white yolk? Not a Canadian chicken. It must have been the time of day but I stopped here shortly after 6am to get coffee, a muffin, timbits, and a refresher drink for my son. (We had to drop my husband and other son off at Strong for an early morning procedure so thats why we were out SO EARLY) My coffee tasted so good, our Timbits tasted like they were made within the hour because some of them were still warm, and my son said his muffin and referesher were very good. I was on my way to Schenectady with my three nieces when I stopped to buy them donuts and donut holes. When we arrived to our destination, I found the donuts on the car floor with only one bite taken out of them. They told me that they did not taste good and had too many sprinkles.
