Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

A few weeks back my family and I were eating across the street and my mom brought smoothies over. First time I had them and they were amazing! Brought myself and my friend over this past night since I really wanted to try the smoothies again, they were great, just like last time! However, when we went into the building the 3 guys working there (high school or early college aged) had the music blasting and blaring! The music had vulgar lyrics, it was so loud. I exchanged looks with the couple sitting next to me while waiting for our order and I could tell they thought the volume was unpleasant as well. The lyrics of the song kept on repeating bi*#c. When my friend came out of the restroom asking about our oders I had a hard time hearing him. When we got our smoothies and left a woman came out from the kitchen and it looked like she was talking to the 3 guys and one had his phone in his hand, I hope they were talking about the music. I love the smoothies and want to get more some time, but hopefully they won’t be blaring such inappropriate...

The quesadilla was sad compared to the incredible smoothie. The sweet potato chunks with maple were fantastic too. Honestly if the quesadillia had more cheese and flavor I'd easily taste it a 5.i had the mocha coffee smoothie with banana and it will certainly be ordered again. The insane amount of healthy options you can add to your smoothies makes it so much fun to be creative and healthy at the same time. I will try a different meal next time and maybe another flavor smoothie. I'll definitely get the sweet potatoes again. It's so nice to have a healthy option in the general Rochester/ Henrietta area. THIS PLACE IS SO OVERATEDDDDD I ordered 4 smoothies and 2 salads and potatoes on door dash at work when they arrived they did not have our salads and told me I had to call for a replacement which is ridiculous she should’ve gone back and got my food. I called them and he tried to say she gave me the wrong order, no she forgot the rest of it because it was the correct smoothies. An hour goes by and still no food I called again still no one he refund me the whole thing, great!
