It was a perfect introduction to the meal ahead. For the main course, I opted for Pizza without the crust, that was seated on a pepper, with lots of meat and creamy mozzarella, which was cooked to perfection. The sauce was rich and, with just the right amount of marinara, left me wanting more. My dining companion chose the Lobster Ravioli, which was tender and flavorful, served with a zesty-sage and olive oil that elevated the dish to new heights. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. Of course, no Italian meal is complete without dessert, and we couldn’t resist trying the Tiramisu. It was light, fluffy, and beautifully balanced, providing the perfect sweet finish to our experience. The service at Rosa Cucina Italiana was exceptional. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, making it suitable for both casual dinners and special occasions. What an amazing meal last night first time at this restaurant right across the street from the water such a cozy place. The owner was so hospitable. The service was incredible. Nicolas was our Server did a great job was very attentive and recommended Some dishes that we had that were amazing we started out with some bread we had two appetizers. We had stuffed peppers with crumbled, sausage, white, Spanish anchovies with the arugula lettuce.tripolini Pasta with wild mushrooms, black truffle, garlic and oil. My wife had the codfish. I had the swordfish the fish with so fresh and so tasty and we shared an apple pie with vanilla gelato and raspberry sauce for dessert. Cannot wait to...

Rosa is second to none. Having spent much time in Italy, it’s not usual you find something in the states to compare. We were all BLOWN away. Every single bite was incredible. The wine … unbelievable wines and such great prices! You have to have the lasagna. The tomatoes… so fresh! You can’t go wrong with any dish we had 6 of us and all ordered different dishes. Each dish was so good we had to share it all. The best part of all of this is the service and the family who runs the restaurant. You feel like family when you’re there.
