The worst experience ever. The overnight manager “Chris” not only yelled racial epithets at me, but also threatened me to a fist fight. I arrive at McDonald’s to purchase my wife and I food. I am informed that it’s cash only! I ask can I come in and se the ATM? I was informed this store does not have one. I thank them and proceed to my banking institution to obtain there means of payment. I return place my order through the drive through and proceeded to the payment window. I wanted to use a coupon from the company application. I was informed that the system is down. I inquire about being able to use the coupon at a future date and was rudely told no. I asked to speak to manager and “Chris” was extremely rude when I asked can the coupon be used at a later date towards future purchases? Chris response was no and for me asking the question “now you can’t get your food either” . If this wasn’t enough. Chris starts hurling racial slurs. I explained to yet another of Chris’s colleagues that if he wanted to have a more passionate debate he could then come outside and we can have one. The managers response was priceless “ oh you bout that life then pull up” I’ve been a manger for over twenty years and have seen some reprehensible things, but this was top of the top. Being that this company is one of the global leaders in fast food to employ such a callous and malicious human being says a lot. Not only should this behavior not be tolerated but action needs to happen. I will follow this review up with phone calls and emails to the corporate office or the franchise owner. Once that is done I will follow those phone calls and emails up with letters to the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and my local assembly man. Read moreI have waited for over a week for the franchise owner to call me back. I am still expecting 2 refunds. One from when I received a TABLE ORDER. How someone ends up putting table order at the drive through I am not sure. See attached coffee for bill. He coffee costed $2 mine costed $5. So I had to take a $5 loss for the second time. Today, once again for the 10th time There espresso machine is broken. They have the option to turn it off on the app this way you do not drive over there for no reason. I drove over again this morning to get to the 2nd window they did not even tell me at the drive through. after waiting on the line for my espresso. They offered a refund and wanted to park me to receive that refund after I already spent 15 minutes between waiting on line and driving. I was in disbelief. I understand this is a business HOWEVER, you need customers to run a business and the loyal ones are the ones that sustain you. This owner does not care it seems. Paid at first window then drove up to pick up order at the second window only to be told that my order was erased off their screens inside the restaurant and that my receipt was needed to insure I receive the correct order. Handed it back, no questions asked, and parked in a reserved area where I was instructed to do so. Waited nearly 15 minutes in my car for the order. Went inside and asked for the food I paid for but come to find out that there was no food waiting for me nor the receipt I handed back to the young man at the last window. Explained to a store manager my problem while the employee who took my receipt stood back listening without bothering to admit the mistake he made.
