McDonald's — Restaurant in Towson

I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

It took me over 30 minutes to get my correct meal. I ordered a large French fry, large drink, medium smoothie and double quarter pounder with cheese DELUXE.

AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING, I got the first try. It was a double quarter pounder with cheese. But was not deluxe. Also, the fried container was only about 3/4 full.

Second attempt. The quarter pounder was deluxe and had cheese, but was only one patty. A person at the front desk said they can't take back food and asked if I would throw it away. I thought Great. At least I will have a bonus burger for my troubles.

Then the manager comes back and takes my bag with the burger and fries.

On the third attempt the burger is right and the fries are full.

No apology. No extra burger. Oh, and they didn't give me another straw. That disappeared with the second try bag, but I didn't find out until in my car.

After I finally get to try my burger, the bottom batty is noticeably colder than the top. I find a picky between the patties. THEY JUST ADDED A PATTY TO MY ALREADY COOL BURGER!

If you have a chance to go to this McDonald's, and value your time and money,, go somewhere else. There is a Taco Bell nearby and Burger Kings are usually close too.

There is no excuse for this. There were at least 12 people working behind the counter when I was there.

I am just glad I didn't go straight home to find this out. It is one thing to det the details wrong, like no pickles, but when I PAY EXTRA and don't get the parts of extra cost.............it had better be right.

The store was beyond busy (at no fault of anyone) I used this huge touch screen to place my order but still had remaining questions regarding my order. After standing in line for what seemed forever. The cashier, while not completely finished with the gentleman in front of me snaps at me to move forward. Every surrounding customer was like "Damn" as was I. Although taken back by this nasty woman's behavior I continued to the counter. She continues to disrespect me by saying " yeah cause I don't have time for this" This hood rats name is VARONICA. Real dusty looking black woman with poor dental health. The "manager" proceeded past her and I asked him to take my order while explaining the actions of the hood booger. He himself was unkept and had very low management skills this Hood RATS name is Jamye or Jamie or Whatever! HE proclaimed to me how "wonderful it is to work at McDonald's although I have eyes I can clearly see it isn't. The only human being with good sense in the entire establishment is a manager by the name of Gloria. She was very apologetic and the most reasonable amongst all the employees I came across. I'm still filing a complaint but there's not better punishment for these dirt balls then karama, as they looked and acted miserable already. I'll spend a few extra dollars and go to...

I come here all the time but I have had 2 problems . The first time I went through the drive thru and my mom noticed we didn't have our fish , I went inside and I told the employee that I was missing my 2 fish she did not respond and took my receipt to the manager . Then the manager says " what do she mean she ain't get her fish " it took about 12 minutes for them to make my fish . The second time which was about 3 days ago this girl with pink hair and a ton of piercings in her mouth came to the window repeated back half of our order and read it back super fast and then stopped . My mom said "excuse me" because she didn't understand the girl . The girl said "nothing" and shut the window on our face . When she came back my mom said " I asked you what did u say because I didn't hear you . & she responded back " I SAID NOTHING" getting louder . She came back to the window gave us our food . My mom said " I didn't order a coke I ordered a hi - c orange . & then she says well let me see your receipt because that's what they put on there instead of just exchanging it . HORRIBLE...
