I came and ordered a #24 off the menu. The woman on the mic asked if i wanted a meal or just the sandwich. I let her know i wanted the meal. She then asked me what i wanted to drink. I ordered a Dr Pepper. She then quoted me six dollars and thirty something cents. i pulled forward and she asked for my card. then gave me my food, but when i got my receipt it said nine dollars and nine cents. I asked her why it was more than she quoted me. she said she was mistaken and only entered that i wanted the sandwich. i told her that was not the price i was quoted and i was never updated on a new rate. She then informed me what i ordered and said this was the price. I handed her back the food and asked for a refund. she glared at me and her body posture became very aggressive. I pulled out my phone and started recording her actions and she changed her abature. She then told me she was having trouble giving me the refund back to my card and asked if i could take cash. I said yes, then she gave me cash. I then asked for the receipt back that i had to give her for the refund. she said she gave cash and i gave the food back. there was no receipt. I then had to argue that there was a transaction and I ether need the receipt for the original order or I need the one for the refund. I need the code on the receipt so I can leave a review about the order. I was so upset at the way I was treated I took the cash and left. then looked down and I was only given five dollars and nine cents.

There was a hair in my UCB and my wife asked for no bacon on her burger and they still put bacon on it which we don't eat for religious reasons. Tried to call, no answer. Drove back and asked for a refund, I brought back the spit out of the hair and the rest of the burger and a few other things that we didn't eat because we lost our appetite. The cashier had to call a manager who would only give us a refund for the uneaten food, I think that if I had to drive back because there was a HAIR in the food, they should have done a full refund. The manager refused to talk to me on the phone. I declined the refund and did a charge back with my credit card but this place is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Do not go there if you want any real customer service. For the manager to act like I was just trying to get a freebie and being treated like a street urchin was not a good feeling. That's OK, my credit card refunded me and will charge them back which affects their reputation with Visa. I will not be going there again. I hope they go out of business.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered my favorite meal that I normally order in Salem where I work. It's the teriyaki chicken bowl meal with a medium Coke. I received my order and pulled around and parked and was going to eat and there were no utensils in the bag. Also, I eat teriyaki chicken bowls all the time in Salem and this bowl was not filled even close to the top of the bowl with product. I pay over $11 for this meal, Salem always packs the food to the top. For that much money it should be packed to the top with product. So I was really unhappy with this. Then I walked into the store and to the counter and no one acknowledged me. I said hello three times. Finally, the lady turned around and looked at me and I had to speak loudly due to the noise and said I just need some utensils because I went through the drive-thru and there were no utensils in my bag. She points towards the drive-thru window and says they're helping people in the drive-thru. So I had to stand there for over 5 minutes and she was unpacking boxes and would not help me and waited for the gentleman that was bagging food for the people in the drive-thru. I had to wait for him as she did not help me. I couldn't believe it. I would think that since I had already went through the drive-thru and did not receive a utensil, that they would have helped me immediately and then go back to what they were doing.
