Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Tualatin

I have had several bad experiences with this Coldstone, but this last one broke the camel’s back. They have lost my family’s business.

I ordered their limited edition Choco tacos for delivery and when my delivery arrived, I had two empty waffle shells. If this was an isolated incident, it would be fine. However, I have had to drive to the shop three separate times after paying for delivery when they got my order wrong (First world problems aside, delivery fees are hefty and I only order delivery when it's next to impossible to go directly to the shop). Once was after I ordered their non-dairy ice cream for a lactose intolerant family member and they sent regular ice cream. Another time, they left off part of my order.

I feel like keep giving them another chance and they mess up every time. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the back room to speak to me this last time. Poor service followed by even poorer customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere...

My family and I first started going to Cold Stone Creamery years ago when they first opened in Colorado.

As we’ve moved around over the years we would find our ways back to one.

The one thing I have found is that no matter where we would eat at one, the consistency of quality and service has always been excellent.

And that is certainly true of the Cold Stone at 7656 SW Nyberg St in Tualatin. The service and ice cream are great.

My favorite is Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and was wonderful here!

This was our first time at this location. Google Maps brought easily to the shopping center but it seems like the store’s sign is not too well lit so it took a second to locate...

Disgusting! The ice cream tasted like chemicals it was terrible and it gave me a stomach ache. The waffle cones are stale and flavorless. And the brownie mix in I got was crumbly and dry. The store itself smelled like rotten milk and chemicals and the ice cream tasted like the same chemical smell so I don't know what they're making that ice cream out of but it's gross. The only redeeming thing was the kid working behind the counter had excellent customer service. He was all by himself and there was a really long line and he was cheerful and helpful and I appreciated that. Otherwise though I'll never go back. Baskin and Robbins...
